Traditional Macedonian Recipes

When I use a recipe from the book, I can hear my Baba Lenka in my mind. Teaching us how to cook the Macedonian Way. I had to buy a new one because my old one fell apart.

I have an earlier version, as well. It has binding. Through the years, the binding has fallen apart. This one will not! I’ve given it as a gift, as well. Fabulous, traditional Macedonian recipes that are easy to follow!!

Love the recipes but really need photos of the finished shed dishes. The quality was f the paper could have been bettt.

This is the best Macedonian cookbook. Recipes are tried and traditional.

Some of the names are not Macedonians. About 25 to 30% of the recipes are repetition.

God bless the beautiful women of the MPO for their forethought in documenting these passed down recipes. The Mara Buneva section was created by the MPO.
