This pillow is so comfortable to use, it keeps my hips in line, by preventing my hips tilting forwards and causing me pain. I would recommend this to anyone who has back pain/discomfort

Arrived today, so not really had time to really try it out, but the quick tester showed it was very comfortable, enough support for my knees, but found that the archway your legs sits and is craddle in is very small (my legs/knees are not particularly big size 16 at present). I also suspect that without a strap to hold it to your legs, it will at some point fall out from between you knees during the night, although I have come to not move around much, so hoping that will not be the case. I will probably stick to my soft thin pillow doubled over for everyday use, but will use this on holidays etc, ideal size for the suitcase, very lightweight.

I give 3 stars because it's a very well made, skin friendly pillow. I slept half a night well but my legs found the position restricting and needed different positioning. So maybe I'm not a side sleeper after all. I've built up my head pillows to allow me to sleep on my back to breath comfortably, and since both knees are painful now I've put a normal pillow beneath my knees so I'm not restricted if I cramp or spasm I can change position. Sadly this lovely pillow is obsolete for now, but you never know it may be useful in the future. The pillow is a bit large for my size and feels quite firm but very soft to the skin, has a washable cover and clever shape, unfortunately made my pains got worse. although I've read reviews and it has helped a lot of buyers I'm pleased to hear.

I've had this for a few months now and its really great. Its small enough that you can still turn when you want. And it helps with back and hip stiffness. It makes side sleeping a lot more comfortable.

It is perfect fit to keep your back straight on your side. Replaces the pillow I've used for years
