You just have to slide across and it shows you images and it’s pretty easy to figure out the hardest part was trying to screw the screws on, but once I figured out I needed needle nose, plier thing I was able to do it

Well it's a basic stand. main tube is sturdy, clamps on table ok. Only real weak point is the arm and cups where the thread sits. If you put full 1lb spools of thread (All we ever buy). it will flex and twist all over the place as you operate the machine. If those points were reinforced/improved would be a good industrial stand.
