Taste good . good price. And for the first time ever, didn't arrive broken like the other cashews I've been buying from Amazon. They could do a better job packing!

They are the best organic raw cashews I have had so far. They are great as a snack themselves, as well as for making granola. Furthermore, they retain their flavor and texture even when baked at lower temperature like needed for granola. These are now in my permanent rotation of cashews for snacks or baked goods. They are smooth and buttery cashew like if that makes sense with good texture.

Absolutely no problems with the nuts. Mostly whole and very tastey.

This is a reliable product for making vegan sour cream! 1/2 cup of these cashews makes 6-10 ounces of smoothie blender sour cream. This amount depends on nut soak time and desired consistency. Just google a recipe, and you will be amazed! All ingredients are pantry or shelf-stable.

I use these for all kinds of things, salad dressing, vegan cheese, snacks.

I have been spending much more money on a more expensive cashews. Homemade cashew butter is much higher quality and tastes remarkably superior. These cashews are almost as good as the others I have used which is compensated by the better price. I reuse my Talenti jars for my cashew butter. Store bought cashew butter has about an inch of cashew oil at the top of the jar. Homemade is all smooth and lovely. You can make it crunchy if you wish. I use a food processor I bought from Amazon. The comments had mentioned a problem with the plastic tub and top breaking so I had decided to hand wash. After a few times I discovered it does perfectly well in the dishwasher. Thanks Amazon.
