What is the rated bypass pressure? I don't want to hear "same as Subaru", I want the specs on it.

Micron rating: 21 PSI: 20.3-26.1 (Meats Subaru turbo car requirements which is 23 psi) From what I’m told it performs better than the Subaru 1520BAA15A

Has anyone used this filter on a 2013 subaru impreza since we can no longer get a hold of the 15208aa160 oem filters here in the states?

I use these filters on my 2009 Subaru Outback and 2010 Subaru Forester. High quality filters. OEM Subaru filters are job. Standard Frams with a blue paint job. Mr. Subaru on Youtube did a test of the various filters. These Mazda filters were right at the top, and are just like the OEM made in Japan filters.

Can this filter be used for 2014 - 2016 Subaru Foresters?

The original OEM oil filter for a Subaru Forester 2014 - 2016 is Part No :15208AA15A (Honeywell, color blue) or 15208AA160A (Roki, color black), which has been superseded by 15208AA15A. They are designed to work on the 2.0 litre & 2.5 litre engines. Even if the Genuine Mazda (N3R1-14-302) filter bolts on the part number is different and may not be applicable where oil pressure might be a concern. N3R1-14-302 is a high pressure oil filter designed for the Mazda RX8 RS/R3 models.

This filter vs fram ultra synthetic for subaru? (I know fram synthetic has less bypass)

This fits my 2.5L turbo. I believe it’s the same by-pass as the stock Subaru blue but larger, i.e., more filtration.
