Nintendo64 To HDMI Converter, HD Link Cable N64 To a New HDMI TV, Plug and Play, Restore Game Screen

Don't be frustrated if you can't get this to work the first time you hook your Nintendo 64 up. I had to plug, unplug, take the game out, blow on it (millennials and Gen X, you know what I'm talking about), put it back in, turn it on. At no fault whatsoever to this HDMI cable, Ocarina of Time looks absolutely horrible on a massive modern television, but what do you expect? Sounds great, lots of fun, lots of nostalgia.

All I'm tired is all you shoppers out there that have old Nintendo games. You need to buy this product. It seriously works. Can't believe the difference. I buy it again which I did for my GameCube and also my 64 can't be more happier. Plus it also turns it into an HDM1 cord. Works great. Love it!

Had a blue screen for a while until i figured i had to slightly push the cord into the back of the N64 a little. Was being gentle with it and i didnt push it in allllll the way, so just double check lol.

I feel like I should mention this for those receiving the blue screen. I took the risk and went in fully expecting the blue screen, which was the only thing it displayed for a while. However, I would like to address that the blue screen may actually be the fault of the N64 itself. These are old consoles, ancient by technology standards. Mine would freeze by merely touching it, and its a struggle to get a game running because would it simply refuse to show the display. Its a fickle old thing, and I knew that I'll have to fight the console itself as well as the adapter just to get it to cooperate. Once I made sure it was cleaned and blew into the cartridge, the signal was picked up by the device without issue. In fact, it work consistently without fail, only reverting back to the blue screen once I meddle with the console while switching games. The converter itself works without issue. It doesn't beautify these old games with over the top enhancements. The image quality is a little off, but that's to be expected given the listing. You get what you paid for. Personally, this is a great little device to own if you still held on to these iconic relics. Remember to double check your N64 if it has a history of rebelling like mine.

Delivered on time and works fine

I bought this converter a couple months ago. The first time I plugged it in, it worked no problem, played Mario Kart, and threw out the packaging thinking it was fine. Went to play N64 a few days later on the same TV and setup, but I just got a blue screen that said “no signal.” Couldn’t get it to work no matter what I tried. Bought another one so I can return the first one in the new packaging. That one didn’t even work once before I got the blue screen. Maybe I got two duds? Ordered a third so I could return the second, and that one also had the same problem. This one’s going in the trash. 0/3 working units. Very disappointed… Do not waste your time and money on this.

Thanks to this Nintendo64 To HDMI Converter, I was able to relive the nostalgia of my childhood gaming days. After finding my old N64 in my mom's attic, I was thrilled to discover that I could easily hook it up to our projector using this converter. We spent the entire night playing Mario Kart, and it was an absolute blast! The plug-and-play functionality made setup a breeze, and the restored game screen looked fantastic on our modern HDMI TV. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

The product is fantastic. I have tried so many options to get my N64 to work on my new Sharp 4K TV and this is the only thing that finally worked! Such an easy setup as well, very straightforward.

El equipo viene con una tarjeta que pide que no pongas una estrella en Amazon sin haber consultado al soporte tecnico. El soporte tecnico no funciona y no recomiendo su equipo.

Works as described. Got it hooked up to my old SNES and played Mario World and F-Zero for hours!!!

the product arrived as advertised. is good quality, boxed/packaged well. From opening to plugging in to my N64 and power supply for the converter, I was playing Mario Kart in just a minute or 2! Very simple and straightforward product to use. Very happy, would recommend, good value. Now if only playing original N64 Smash Bros. was this easy!
