For the record, I will say I'm black. I know that's important for many buyers due to our battle with ingrown hairs. With that said, I've been using Wizker for probably a month or longer. It truly works! I shave my face daily (for work) and I have a constant battle with ingrown hairs-- NOT as bad as some that I've seen, but I do maintenance every day to combat the problem. I am currently using an electric foil shaver (Braun Series 9), and I was getting good results prior to buying this. I was still getting a few bumps in the typical chin/neck area and some other random spots (cheek). But since I've gotten the Wizker, I've seen a great difference! Simple instructions and cautions are great, so you know what to expect. I only use once a day, evenings before I shave, but it recommends to use more often. Lather my face with soap, use the Wizker on the areas I intend to shave applying gentle pressure in areas that have low to no problems and pressure "to my tolerance" on the problem areas of my face. It's an abrasive tool, so it doesn't take much (even less pressure if you are using it dry--which you can). I can see where it pulls the hairs out of my pores and prevents them from growing back into my skin and makes my face feel great after. Does a great job of exfoliating. AWESOME PLUS!!! I'll do my best to "tip toe" around this one... I shave "everything". I normally use a body shaver, but due to my current location, I could not use it. So, I started using a razor. Normally, when I used a razor, I'd get bumps "down there", a few here and there on my chest and under my arms are problematic. I kept forgetting to use it when I got in the shower, but when the bumps at my "belt" area and under my arms became a constant reminder, it didn't take long for me to start remembering to take it along when I got in the shower. Problem solved!! Now, under my arms are not as tolerant as my waist line, but what I found that works for doing under my arms is applying tolerable pressure, but move slowly across the area. I thought this product was very helpful. If you take a look at the reviews, you will see some people that make comments about how painful it is to use. I agree...., when you first start using Wizker, IT SUCKS! It does not feel good. However, if you continue to use it 2 to 3 times a day for about 2-4 days, that painful feeling goes away. It is all about getting comfortable with something scraping your face As far as Wizker working, It works like a charm. I let my beard grow out for about a week and continued using it. The proof that this thing worked was apparent when I shaved the beard off. My face was smooth as a baby's butt with no to little razor bumps. This product is great for getting rid of the dead skin that sometimes traps the hairs too. I would say that those who have used Wizker and left a review about it being painful when they first used it, did not give it a chance. Continue to use it and you will see a huge difference. And it will be pain free.

This is an embarrassing product for myself to review, but I really found that this worked. I had an ingrown hair on my bikini area for weeks that did not want to come to a head. It was truly painful and I found myself buying almost everything I could to remedy this situation. Nothing worked. I finally decided to buy product along with Tend Skin The Skin Care Solution For Unsightly Razor Bumps, Ingrown Hair And Razor Burns, 8-Ounce Bottle as a supplement to prevent future ingrown hairs. Initially I was extremely put off by the simplicity of this product and thought it to be nothing more than a cheap plastic object, but after a week of using this in the bath, I felt a brief painful scratch sensation and it pulled the ingrown hair out of the bump. The brushing is not supposed to be painful, but the "bristles" are like tiny plastic hooks and I was (honestly) very careless...but it worked nonetheless. I was able to pull the ingrown hair out with tweezers and my pain subsided immediately. I now use this brush daily in the shower to prevent ingrown hairs and haven't had one since! The only reason that I give this 4/5 stars is that you have to be careful with how you use this product as you can hurt yourself with the little tiny plastic "hooks" that are on the bristles.

I am torn as to how to rate this brush. On the one hand, it does help prevent ingrowns, and the bristles are soft enough that they don't irritate my very sensitive skin. I like it better than other similar products for that reason--much gentler, but still effective. However, it is not durable at all. The bristles are so flexible that they start breaking off after a week or so and eventually the entire center portion becomes bare. Deodorant especially builds up around the base of the bristles and seems to make the problem worse. Even when I think I've washed off all my deodorant, somehow some still seems to get caught in the bristles and cause them to start weakening. I've had to replace this brush 3 times in six months (and at $10/pop, it's not cheap). It's also awkward to hold, especially with the lanyard, which gets in the way during use. It really needs a handle.

Really really impressed with this little brush. So good. I've tried everything in the past to help prevent ingrown hairs, making life a misery....😩 From body scrubs to tend skin. I use this on legs,under arms, bikini line towards end of my daily shower. & the results are really amazing, I can easily remove hair now no problem, unlike before using this, my legs ect felt sore & irritated & had to wait a bit longer for the hairs to break through the skin, & lots lay under my skin. Now I have much less issues with ingrown hairs & my skin feels way smoother too so pleased I gave this a go.. only wish I'd discovered this great product years ago.... can't recommend this enough. Looks long lasting & very good value for money. Also a natural soloution , opposed to using harsh chemicals on my skin.

Do not waste your money. It is not a good product does not help at all.

I really don't understand how this product works because it's such a simple concept. And yet this is amazing. I wish I could do a before and after but I did not expect it to work this well in all honesty. I have always had ingrown hair and this really does help solve the problem. What I have noticed is if you shave and go over the area with this brush, you'll see all the ingrowns come out. I really recommend you try this. I now travel with it when I'm leaving town. A very good product. Plus I've had it for a few months and no problems with quality at all.
