I never thought an ink pen was anything special until now. I decided to start a journal and bought a book and this pen specifically for that purpose. It feels great in my hand, writes smoothly, and looks classy.

I love this pen! To be fair, I'm no fancy man, but this pen gives the illusion of "sophisticated" for an affordable price. It came packaged in a foam box, so there's no scratches on the wood, and it came with a refill. It's weight is heavier than most pens - not TOO heavy, but sturdy. Plus, it writes really well, in black ink. No need to scribble with it to "get it going". 10/10 recommend!

Got the redwood engraved pen and it is absolutely beautiful!!!! Pen is great, the engraving is perfect and the box and foam it came inside is impressive. A really great gift, I was proud to give it!!!!

I got the walnut finish, and it is true to the photos for color. The wood was sanded very smooth, and the overall fit and finish bellies a pen at this price point. It feels good in the hand, and the ink is a good quality, and flows very smooth.I only subtracted a star because there is no other color ink, so black ink it is. And the ball is probably a 0.5mm point, which is finer than my personal choice. However, after eyeballing the cartridge at a local office supply store, took a chance and bought a Pilot V7 RT in 0.7mm blue ink, and it fits perfectly. (For only $3/2 refills, too.)My suggestion: pick the style you like, and get this pen. If, like me, it's not perfect, a modest refill can be all it needs to become an instrument you enjoy using.

I have a thing for pens and this one is perfect. It is a capped pen so it doesn't make a mess in your bag or pocket like a retractable pen tends to do, the weight is nice but balanced and it is unique in its appearance. I really like it and would purchase again. It arrives nicely boxed with an extra black (gel) ink refill.

The ink color was black and the line was 0.5 and I’m not a big fan of 0.5 but the line was solid and dark, quite good. Comfortable to write with. The material is very highly polished and the parts are all well made. There was no leakage with the cartridge. And all the materials used were of high quality. The only thing is there is no indention to retain the cap while writing.

This is a very stylish, quality pen at a good price. It was purchased as a birthday gift so unable to comment on how the pen writes but I am sure it will be well received and treasured for years to come. Would highly recommend.

This IS a Rollerball pen. Take note! It is NOT ballpoint pen.Writes reasonably though if you slant it too much the ink will not flow out.If you do not want your writings to be water-soluble, you can replace the ink with Mitsubishi Pencil Signo RT UMR85N.24 Gel Ballpoint Pen Refills (Its a perfect match).Update 08Oct2025: The pen cap became loose and impossible to cap after 4 months usage.
