So, on their own they're a little dry, but when you eat one with a glass of almond milk they're super tasty and satisfy hunger/cravings

This is a very soft cookie with a light coating of chocolate all around it. There is a slight crunch from the soy crisps on the inside. Very nice flavor.

It was pretty good. Just a little bit on the dry side but considering it's very low in sugar it's well worth it

Product advertising is misleading.
Product states it's a Meal Replacement. It only has 100 calories and little to zero nutritional value.That is NOT equivalent to a meal replacement! It also states that it's high fiber. 2 grams of fiber is NOT a high fiber product! Extremely misleading and virtually tasteless. BEWARE, this product can't be returned! I just tossed all 12 "Meal Replacements" in the trash. I am so disappointed in this company.

These are so yummy and convenient! I'm addicted!

Terrible constipation cookies!
They caused severe constipation, pain in kidney, and tasted more like sawdust and chemicals, then a tasty cookie. I followed guidelines completely, and did not lose a pound over 2 wks. I do not recommend any of their cookies or protein bars unless you want to be bound up and gain weight.
