Dear Amazon Customer Support, I am writing to express my disappointment with the pan tab that I recently purchased from your website. I bought the pan tab on April 17, 2023, and it has already stopped working after just 9 days of use. I expected the pan tab to last for a longer duration and provide good value for my money. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product and its short lifespan. I have used the pan tab carefully and followed all the instructions mentioned in the manual, yet it stopped functioning unexpectedly. As a loyal customer of Amazon, I trust your company to provide high-quality products, and I feel let down by this purchase. I believe that I deserve a refund or a replacement for the faulty pan tab. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and offer a solution that is satisfactory to me. I have attached a copy of my purchase invoice for your reference. Side sticker was easily getting opened and also the screen is not really of good quality. However, writing on it worked fine but lighting was also very low.

Initially the package arrived within 2 days.. however may be owing to some unknown issue I received used, soiled and non working pad. Amazon and seller quickly resent the product and corrected the issue. Talking about the product: it is an average product at Rs 350. Would not recommend as it has less brightness and if you press to hard the the mark remains on the pad and doesn't go. Better to go for the old school iron filings notepad.
