Almost perfect
After discovering The Roll Model, by Jill Miller, at the library, I bought both the book and these balls which are referenced in the book.Every one of them has been instrumental in working toward fascia release and pain relief, and improved breathing. Really promising.My reason for deducting one star is that after a month of use, I have noticed a "dead spot" in one of the smaller green balls. I can work around that flaw for now, but it concerns me that it could undermine the effectiveness much more quickly than normal wear and tear would suggest.
