Wheels are not included in measurements and stick out the back of the bag.
The suitcases measurements do Not include the wheels. Everything measures exactly as stated but the wheels stick out the back of the suitcase. I really like this suitcase. Getting wheels that do not stick out, would make this an official carry on but I have a feeling, I will be getting stopped and told to check this bag. :(
