Great pot for everyday drinking water. The shape is very attractive and cleaning easy.

Good product as per expectations and authentic

The one I received measures over 2 liter's (2.3) , doesn’t leak much sweating and leak at the bottom of the pot is bare minimum which is manageable, there were no damages, definitely worth the money, feels like small pot. Handle is sturdy. Cooking of the pot is well done thus making it sturdy and functional. The water cools better than refrigerator, not colder like fridge, but cool and soothing like clay, it also turns the water alkaline, hence enhancing the water quality for consumption. I have personally noticed change in every day health symptoms and improvement in certain aspects of my health.

It's sturdy and crafted well. However, doesn't cool the water much.. so it's a disappointment

But. Even after conditioning the product as per directions, it is leaking. When you fill it with water, it starts leaking and by evening it is amost half. Good product delivered with proper packing. But the product is leaking at the bottom.

It is genuinely an excellent product indeed. Asked for it on advise from my mother who wanted me to avoid refrigerated water these winters (a story of last three decades now) and wished me to try this on my insistence that my thirst doesn't get quenched if I don't take cold water. It's a practice of all the winters when I end up invariably getting long spells of bad cold and soar throat. This time I thought of trying and ordered for this one. After 4-5 days of use, I can safely state that this water is far more tastier and healthier than refrigerated one. I am getting addicted to it and the product is aesthetically, hygienically and qualitatively far better than my expectations, no qualms in saying so ......

The shape of the jug that I received is different from the image but the quality is good and it correctly measures the amount of water too.

cruche 2L c'est un peu chiant à mettre en route (submerger pendant 24h) d'autant plus que j'utilise de l'eau osmosée et je ne voulais pas gaspiller. j'ai finalement trouvé une astuce en utilisant des sacs de congélation de 6L. ça passait tout juste. il faut utiliser 2 sacs superposés car le premier se troue en frottant contre la surface poreuse de la carafe. remplir les sacs est facile et utilise moins d'eau que dans un saladier ou une bassine. les premières fois j'ai trouvé un goût prononcé de terre/argile. moi j'adore mais ça peut gêner. le goût s'amoindrit avec le temps et après 1 mois je le décèle à peine. pour moi c'est dommage, mais si vous n'aimez pas, sachez que ça passe. comme j'ai dit, ça joue sur le goût de l'eau et je la trouve beaucoup plus facile à boire. même quand j'avais soif j'avais du mal à finir un verre maintenant je bois à l'aise un verre et demie à chaque fois. franchement, j'aime. si vous buvez habituellement 1L, prenez la carafe de 2L. vous boirez plus qu'avant, et l'eau doit passer la nuit dans la carafe pour s'imprégner de ses bienfaits. pourquoi 4*? le couvercle n'est pas hermétique j'ai peur que l'été les mouches à fruits y entrent. puis je n'aime pas la forme (l'esthétique). à part ça, j'en suis ravie.

I love this pitcher. I received one as a gift and then purchased 2 to give as gifts. My ONLY dislike is the packaging. When I got it I didn't know what it was and therefore didn't know it had a lid so when I was unboxing it I was not being careful of a lid and the lid slipped from the packaging and broke into piece. I then tried to find someone to help me return it or exchange it and couldn't find a contact to get help. I think you need to put a photo of the item on the box so people know what it is and to expect a lid inside. Otherwise the product itself is amazing.

Please see review of water dispenser by the same company. It is excellent quality, and does exactly what it says as long as the instructions are followed. The dispenser does sweat a lot of water, but this jug doesn’t.

Die Ware war bei der Lieferung beschädigt. Zudem riecht der Krug selbst sehr unangenehm, sodass man daraus kein Wasser trinken kann.
