I purchased this for my wife's 1999 Honda Accord LX with the 2.3L engine. I wanted a high quality pump. I didn't want to risk purchasing a inferior pump only the have it break later. I purchased the recommended screen 68015 as well. All of the stock clamps and holders work great with this pump. I even reused the factory spring style hose clamps. It's been working great now for 3 months. Quieter than the stock pump which at 170,000 miles was whining. I inspected the stock pump by cutting it apart on my lathe. The only problem was the brushes had cut deep grooves in the commutator, otherwise it was in perfect condition. Awesome pump at a good price.

It is a replacement for a Delphi brand fuel pump that died prematurely. Delphi is supposed to be a quality brand; so I am disappointed but...it was made in c***@. Sigh! I hope that this Bosch replacement lasts longer. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Junk! This broke after only 2 months!!! Completely rusted and even though it says bosch on it, i seriously question if its authentic

Has been running in my 1998 Honda Civic EX for about 5 months and no issues so far. My only complaint is the little clip that attached the filter to the pump housing is a pain to install. It took me longer to get this clip on than to remove the pump and reinstall. Maybe I wasn't doing it correctly or using the wrong tools. Time will tell if it hold up. I believed the pump in my civic is original which lasted till last falls, didn't completely fail but is getting weaker and hard to start when fuel gets low

Replaced the fuel pump in my 1999 Honda Accord. This was a perfect fit. My only recommendation is to buy the filter kit as well. If your pump needs changing, the filter is probably a culprit as well. I used the HFP-766X kit for that and it worked well.

Just had my mechanic install this yesterday, along with a new fuel filter, and fuel pump sock, and my car is idling like it hasn't in years. My old pump was still working, but had 208,000 miles on it. If I get half of that from this filter, I'll be happy. When I bought this, I was lead to believe by Amazon, it was made in the USA. This one was not. It was made in Brazil, which is why I shared a photo of the box. As long as it isn't China, I'm good with it.

I purchased item 2 months ago, but I was saving up the money to pay my mechanic to install it. Once I finally had the money, I had the piece installed 1 week ago and it malfunctioned. Please make sure you test the piece before the return expiration date. I am giving them three stars because the item arrived quick, it’s just more about the piece itself.

I used this to replace the fuel pump in motorcycle. Starting '04 Honda placed the fuel pump outside of the gas tank where it is much easier to service. Unfortunately, mine was not that easy. I let gas sit in the tank without a stabilizer and it corroded the pump. I called the dealer and you couldn't buy just the pump. You COULD however get the entire assembly for $300 plus tax and shipping. Instead, I followed some online videos and found that you can use an Airtek or this Bosch. I tried going the eBay route for the Airtek and the one that I got was a dud after a few miles. I put this one in and it was smooth sailing. I didn't even have to replace the wiring harness because this was plug and play. I made sure and used an electrical contact cleaner spray on everything while I had it out and followed all the online advice about torque specs to reattach the assembly to the gas tank.
