I just had a total knee joint replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. I am using the exercise ball at home to continue my physical therapy. These are the same balls as my physical therapists practice uses.

Easy to inflate. Medium is perfect size for my 5'1" frame. Appears to be made of durable material that will provide support and stability for exercise routine.

Got it cause my doctor told me to get it lol. Probably needed a bigger ball but this works just fine for my back stretches. Pump is slow. Thankfully I had a pocket vacuum pump. Strong material and works well.

Muy grata experiencia tener esta pelota ya que medidas menores como 65 y 75 me quedaban corto por mi tamaño mayor a 170,está me da estabilidad incluso cubriendo la por completo.

Hej Petziball Schubser … ich habe mir den Ball zum Rückentraining zugelegt. Da ich ihn noch nicht allzu lange habe kann ich über die Langzeithaltbarkeit keine Angaben machen. Der Ball macht aber einen wertigen und stabilen Eindruck und hat sich unter meinem Körpergewicht plus Hanteln weder verformt noch macht er Anstalten zu platzen. Auch wenn die mitgelieferte Pumpe mickerig aussieht ist der Petzi damit fix aufgepumpt. Fazit, ich bin für meine Belange rundherum zufrieden 👍
