Does this come with all hardware needed to install?

No, it didn't come with all the hardware needed. Model 7035-tkv. Additional angle iron, aluminum bars, and nuts and bolts had to be purchased to attach to a finished ceiling. It is advertised as alexa compatible but I found out only after installing thats separate controll kit needed to be purchased in addition to the opener itself.

Do I get 10' chain rail insread of 7' ? The door is 7' tall and I measured the rail about 10' long from the wall to the motor.

I have a liftmaster 3/4 HP motor. Will this motor install with existing chain drive and rail?

No, you are not able to use just the motor. You would need to replace the entire system (motor, railing, etc)

Is there a speed setting you can make your door open faster?
