how long does the snooze last?

The SNOOZE lasts for 5 minutes and then the alarm will resume sounding after 5 minutes of silence. To turn the alarm off, slide the alarm on/off switch to the OFF position. Hope this answers your question.

How do you set up the sharp pillow alarm clock please help

On the back slide the right button to time, clock will start flashing adjust hour with button on the left, adjust minutes with button on the right. Repeat with alarm setting. Set right switch to lock. All set.

I had one of these & I loved it but the light started fading not long after I got it then died out completely. How long does the light usually last?

I have three of them and they are still ticking after 3/4 plus years. I have never had a problem with a fading light.

would you recommend this for a heavy sleeper?

I'm not sure it would wake a heavy sleeper but at less than $15, it's worth the try. If you use both vibrate and alarm, it probably would work.
