These reeds are amazing compared to wooden ones. My granddaughter is in marching band and these reeds have a better tone and last much longer than wood.

Very professional looking very study produces a good sound

This was recommended by a fellow clarinet player. The synthetic reeds I've tried in the past did not have the sound of a cane reed. This one does. Took advantage of Legere's exchange program because I needed a lower strength. Nice to have 1/4 steps in strength. I'll stay with these in the future. Played right out of the box. That's good because there is no way to adjust the reed other than positioning it on the mouthpiece.

This reed greatly enhanced my dynamic range. I play in a community band and my conductor asked for more bass clarinet. I think he has learned to be careful what you ask for. It was recommended to use a half strength softer than one would use in a cane reed but I have had no problem with the same strength. It is good to play around with the style. I started on a Classic Cut but now use a European Cut. But that is a matter of individual preference.

What an amazing money saving product!!! My daughter is a sophomore in high school and is an active marching band member. After switching from a regular clarinet to a bass clarinet she was going through a wooden reeds at a crazy pace. her marching band director recommend that she purchased this reed for marching season and to save her wooden reeds for concert band. I myself was skeptical. I worried about the ease of playing this reed as well as the sound quality. much to my surprise after her first day of playing with it she really seemed to like it. too long hard-working months into marching band season the reed is still going strong and she is still very satisfied and so is my bank account! The product is durable and long-lasting and the sound quality it produces is good. Highly recommended by mom to all marching band woodwinds!

I’ve been very hard on cane reeds, so I was willing to give this a try. I love it!! Think about the price of several cane reeds, and this one, synthetic reed will make sense to you. I bought the “Classic” because of the manufacturer’s description of the sound it would produce.

Um auf Dauer Geld zu sparen, wollte ich ein Kunststoffblättchen ausprobieren. Leider klingt es nicht besonders und quietscht auch leicht. Hat sich für mich nicht gelohnt.
