Epsom Salt 2Lb (907g)

Great bath salt. Also works really well in a foot bath when toes get smooshed or toenails get cut too short. I use these salts pretty much anytime to pull water together to soak anything in.

I'm a huge fan of epsom salt's to put in the tub to soak in, and to put it in the cleaning products I am making. There are so many uses and benefits I can't even list them all; but, I'll give it a shot. Stress drains the body of magnesium and increases levels of adrenaline. When dissolved in warm water, Epsom salt is absorbed through the skin and replenishes the level of magnesium in the body. Some other health benefits include relaxing the nervous system, curing skin problems, soothing back pain and aching limbs, easing muscle strain, healing cuts, treating cold and congestion, and drawing toxins from the body.

I bought this so my daughter & I could make bath bombs. It worked well for our purposes. I probably could have purchased it cheaper in the store, but the convenience of ordering online appealed to my busy life. The only complaint that I have is that the container is not resealable. We only used a small bit and would like to save it for future uses. I don't know how long it lasts after opened.

EDIT: It turns out the problem the other reviewers are having is that they misread the label on the box they received. The box says NET WT. 2 pounds. Apparently they mistook the dot in front of the 2 to mean .2 when it doesn't. The dot in front of the 2 goes with "WT.". There are no spaces between the letters on the box so it's difficult to read (It looks like this: NETWT.2 pounds). Even so, it is clear when you lift the box that there's no way that this is .2 pounds. ----- I received the two pound salt as described. There's not much else to say about this product, it's just salt. I bought it to help cure my pet fish of dropsy (I was successful :)).

These salts arrived very quickly and I love that they are packaged in a carton. I use them for homemade bath salts and bath bombs, so the carton made pouring very easy!

Nice, but be careful of leaving the box anywhere near your tub - the condensation from a hot shower makes the ink on the box run, and can get into the box! The salt itself is fine, and seems to do the job just fine, I got it while I was really stressed out and filled with anxiety constantly and took a few baths a week in it. It helped some!

I got this for sitz baths after I had my baby. I just put a few tablespoons in a few inches of warm water in the tub. I looked forward to those 5 minutes every day. Maybe it was all in my head but I felt so much better after.

I liked the product, but keep an eye on shipping costs. When I bought it I didn't pay attention, and it would have been cheaper to buy it in the store. Still, no stars taken away from product quality -- it's a nice item to soak tired feet in.

冷房に弱くなっていたのですがこれを使うようになってからそれが改善された様です。夜入ると寝付きも良くて良いのですが、朝風呂で使うと汗がなかなかひかないので、メークする時に少し困ります。

$55 for two pounds of epsom salt is utterly absurd. I purchased the same item a year-ish ago for less than half the current price. Product is fine, nice consistency, very little taste. Bag is not resealable so if you’re not using the entire amount at once you’ll need to figure out storage to prevent it from drying out. Again, it’s salt, it’s fine, it’s too expensive.
