Frigidaire EFR176 1.6 cu. ft. Retro Bar Fridge with Side Bottle Opener (Moonbeam)

Super fridge. My old Frigidaire gave it up after 15 years. I use these in my detached garage. I was glad to see that a Frigidaire was still offered on Amazon. Inexpensive, IMO. It came very quickly and was easy to set up and get going. It cooled down in minutes. Nice looking finish.

Amazing fridge/freezer! Decent amount of storage space! Freezer part does freeze food! Lots of storage on the door plus it has a shelf! It holds my beauty supplies I like to keep cold plus tons of snacks and drinks! I actually had to turn the fridge down bc it was making my stuff solid ice and it wasn’t even turned up to the highest setting! I highly recommend this mini fridge! I have had no issues with the handle breaking or being any trouble at all but also keep in mind you do not have to use the handle at all …you don’t even have to put it on… you can keep it off and just use the slot at the top of the door for opening the fridge! Whatever you choose! I give it a 12/10 … it’s honestly better then I thought it was going to be and much much colder as well! You will not regret buying this! I got it on a flash sale at 90$ and I would have happily paid more than that for the quality of this thing! I’m not getting paid for this review and I purchased this with my own hard earned money! This is a real review! Just wanted to let people know if you are looking to buy a mini fridge this is the one right here!!! You will not be disappointed!!

Nice looking fridge my son wanted for his loft. Only problem was the handle was separate and doesn't fit. Slides on partly but no way does it fit into place. The measurements are wrong. It's like it was made at a different factory and they didn't get the specifications correct! Kind of a let down after being excited to give as a gift. I ended up getting out the crazy glue and gluing it in place although it is off by about a few centimeters. I will not be inconvenienced by having to pack it up, return it, and get a different one. Nobody has time for that. Otherwise, it is cooling fine, and the added small freezer section has its own dial for temp control so that's excellent and would fit a small ice tray or a small pint of ice cream.

Super cute and very functional at a great price ! Runs very quietly and the freezer holds tiny ice tray and singles ice cream keeps frozen and the inside door holds many different drinks , mini bar or condiments and can open with handle or the top grove of door . Great purchase !

Okay, let's start with the positives... This mini fridge is so unbelievably cute! I wanted a fridge to use mainly for my skincare products but I wanted one that was bigger than a typical skincare fridge, had a freezer, looked cute, and could also hold a few beverages to keep in my beauty room. I fell in love with the idea of a retro-style mini fridge and thought this one would be perfect. I saw a few reviews that mentioned it arriving damaged but figured I'd take a chance because shipping companies damage things occasionally so I didn't think that meant there was a problem with the actual product. HOWEVER, when this arrived, it was very clear that the damage was NOT from the shipping process but from the way it was packaged. The fridge was in an appliance box where the bottom was a piece of styrofoam and then a box was slid down overtop (no cardboard was under the styrofoam, and the whole thing was strapped together. Because there was no support under the styrofoam bottom, the strap crushed the styrofoam and crumpled the bottom of the fridge door to the point that it interfered with the seal. Additionally, there were dents on 3 other sides of the fridge, even though there was no damage to the box in those areas. Then, when I contacted amazon for a return and they wanted me to keep and use the fridge and receive a partial refund for the "cosmetic damage". I had to push for a full refund and then figure out a way to package this fridge back up without a machine to strap it shut so I could return it. Anyway, if you see the number of reviews claiming this item arrived damaged, BELIEVE THEM! I'm so disappointed that a company like Frigidaire doesn't have appropriate packaging for this item. It would have been exactly what I was looking for and looked so cute in my beauty room if they would have just packaged it in a way that would have protected it instead of damaging it.

Dimensions were exact to specifications. I had to measure different angles exactly due to metal supports on my shelf and there was no issue with my measurements and fridge size. Aesthetically great for me, blue enthusiast, and slight retro look. Looks like the top half to a fridge. Very hot summer so needed cool drinks, cools very well even at a low setting. Cold setting 2 of 5 was too cool for my needs and did make the fridge activate too often during the 95f+ days. Cold dialed to around 1.25 and water comes out refreshingly cold. Bottle opener works ok, would recommend getting a magnet bottle opener instead as the built im one does not grip well consistently for me. Fridges activates for me every 10-30m depending on room temp. Current temps outside have been 90-100 since installation and my room temp is several degrees higher due to having a closed door and a hot computer. AC in my house does not fully work and the house averages around 76-80 degrees so the room is understandably a lot hotter than an ideal room for a mini fridge. Sound is not loud for me and I do sleep fine with it coming on, I have no issues with white noise like fans and AC vents for context. It is noticeable but not unpleasant. Door handle was a struggle to get on maybe due to bad plastic tolerances and it feels very cheap but it did mot break when I got it on finally and is sturdy in use since installation. Door seal sticks well and insulates very well. Only left it slightly open once when attempting to close it and noticed it was activating too long and pushed fully shut. Human error.

The handle was extremely difficult to attach and click to the fridge, I was finally able to get it but it was much more difficult than it should be. The door to the fridge is misaligned with the fridge and the hinge is bent. There are also two small dents in the right side of the door. I haven’t had a chance to use the fridge yet so I’m not sure how it runs. Everything else looks good and it is a pretty color. Overall it’s a cute fridge but be aware that it may have some damage. Amazon helped me with these issues though and had great customer service I just wish the fridge came as I was expecting without damages.

This is such a great (and cute) little fridge!!! I just needed something cute and small I could keep in my room and this is absolutely perfect! I’ve included some pictures but in case you’re wondering on how much it can hold I currently have 14 cans of soda, 6 bottles of Gatorade, a soda stream bottle and a few extras. My only warning is not to put the cold level up too high like I did on the first night 🤦🏻‍♀️ It goes from 1 to 6 and I put it to 5 and woke up to a loud bang as a Pepsi was completely frozen and exploded. I’ve been keeping it at 3 and it has been fine. Also, it runs very quiet and I don’t even notice it!

I got this fridge to have in my bedroom because I have mobility issues from a chronic illness. So I need to be able to hydrate and have food on hand to take my meds when I can't get out of bed. This fridge is adorable, easy to set up and so COOL, literally! There is a freezer compartment that's perfect for my gel bead eye masks. The main fridge and door have tons of space for cans, bottles, and it comes with a clear try. You could also put your skincare in it as well! It says that it's quiet which it generally is but if you need a completely quiet room to sleep it does make some noise. It's functional and fabulous--if you're thinking about getting it, stop thinking and Add. To. Cart!
