Celebrate Multi-Complete with Iron Capsule 270 Count

So exctied to get these vitamins after my bariatric surgery. My flinstone with iron didnt have half of what i needed and no added minerals. Having to chew them was so hard everyday and i had a hard time keeping them down. Gummies arent recommended for gastric bypass patients and are lacking in everything except carbs. I was also low on iron. And if you have to take that you know how much it can hurt your stomach. These capsules are so easy to take. They disolve quickly, do not fill you up, the iron doesn't make you sick, and it has extra of everything a bariatric patient needs. So happy to be able to find these. They are worth the extra money. 15 a month to not be sick or deficient in any areas is so worth it!!

Bought these on the recommendation of my bariatric surgeon. He sells them in his office but they are a little more expensive. Love that the pill isn't huge. Easily manageable after having had a bypass. Some patients have a tough time with the bigger pills. Super fast shipping.

Reorder, have been using it for a while. The only concern I have, they don't put any packing in the bottle. Some pills use cotton. A couple of capsules always are broken or have leaked in the container. Still a good product.

I'm sure these vitamins are fine for most people but not for me. They upset my stomach if I take two at once I was hoping to be able to get all three down at once but that's not going to happen at least not after my VSG surgery. I've never had trouble with pills or vitamins upsetting my stomach prior to surgery other than amoxicillin. I'm 100% sure that I would have thrown up these vitamins had I not had some rapid melt metoclopramyda to settle my stomach. I did try these a few days later just to make sure and sure enough 15-25min later I could feel my stomach start to turn I quickly grabbed my nausea medicine and all was better in about 10 min. One at a time does NOT bother my stomach. Last I checked there was not a photo of the supplement facts so I put a photo of that and a photo of 1 capsule in my hand for a rough size estimate.

Like ease of pill,but do not take on an empty stomach! makes me nauseated if no food in tummy

I am seven years post RNY, and I take three of these capsules a day. I cannot take them whole...they KILL my pouch....so I crack them open, and stir them into my greek yogurt every morning, works wonders. Plus by 6am, I have all my vitamins in, so easy. I highly recommend these to anyone that has had or is considering bariatric surgery!

If you are a bariatric patient then avoid as your IRIOIN needs to be taken a minimum of 6 hours after just about everything else. Especially Calcium

I've had a Bariatric Sleeve and take these once a day and have yet to have a deficiency on any vitamin on my labs. I take this with a protein drink every morning and no nauseous feeling afterwards.
