What size does this come in

I’m not sure but believe it’s one size fits all.

Where does the heel sit...on the suede or in the hole portion of the boot? I have received conflicting advice on this.

The heel sits in the suede. It is fully protected.

Paraplegic looking for pressure sore prevention, will this help me roll at night while staying secure. Will it fit size 12. Is there a return policy?

Yes Mark, The boot was designed to move with your foot, The ripstock nylon helps the slide on the bedding. The dermasude inside the boot keeps it snug on yout foot at the same time. We also do offer a 30 return policy .
