've been growing and maintaining my beard for a few years now, and this beard comb is by far one of the best grooming tools I’ve added to my kit. The craftsmanship is excellent – smooth edges, sturdy build, and no snags or pulls. It glides through my beard effortlessly, detangling without breakage and evenly distributing oils and balm. What I love most is that it works great whether my beard is short or long. It helps keep everything looking neat and well-groomed. Plus, the comb is small enough to fit in my pocket or travel bag, making it super convenient. If you take your beard seriously, this comb is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

I also own the little Kent 83T and the folding 87T, but wanted a larger beard comb for home use as it feels better in hand. Will still use the others on the go or travelling however, they work fine and are the same quality. The polished teeth glide effortlessly through your hair without snagging or pulling, and the "Tokyo White" pattern is really attractive and high end looking, as are their other ones (my 83T is tortoiseshell). I see a lot of other brands that look like direct copies of Kent designs, of questionable provenance and at the same price (!), but I will only go with the British handmade original. If you use an ordinary black plastic comb as I did for decades, give this a try instead. It isn't crazy expensive. I guarantee you will feel and see the difference. No sharp corners, mold lines, or rough surface. Good for head hair, mustache, or beard. If you're going to use something everyday, it's great to use something nice.

the qualify is good and material is sturdy. It is small and not great for thick hair but perfect for fine and children. Tooth spacing is thin and it is not flexibly. You can use it for cutting and regular combing so it has versatility. The material is plastic.

These a great small combs. High quality and pretty cool looking in my opinion. Well worth the few extra bucks. I carried one for years some 40 years ago and then couldn't find. This will sound funny, but I am now bald - but I do have a beard and the wider bristles on this comb make for gentle pull through my curly chin wires :) I'm a fan. They are not so good for pack pocket carry as they are not as flexible as the cheaper one and as such will eventually break. But not for a long time.

I wound up buying four of these. Before finding them I would hang onto combs that I found and liked without thinking about why I loved some and not others. The ones I cherished were eventually dropped or were broken while traveling. Now it is difficult to find anything but very cheap plastic junk at most stores. Kent's handmade celluloid combs are far from the ordinary. From the very first use you'll feel the quality and luxury of the product. This fine tooth version is perfect for my straight short hair. These are a bargain when one considers the number of terrible combs I've bought and tried over the years. Do yourself a favor and try them, then buy one for someone you like. They will appreciate it. I don't work for Kent, but I'd love to see them continue to make a great product in a world where that's becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Pricey, but not a rip off. Very well made and designed comb..feels good on the head and hair!

Nicest comb i've ever owned. Good size for a beard.

A simple but well-made small pocket comb: none of the ragged teeth and seams which are usual with cheaper combs. Neat design easily fits a hip or breast pocket and the resin from which the comb is made seems very strong and has a pleasing sheen. It is only a comb - though might as well have a decently-made one and this fits the bill. Kent are known for the quality of their products, so this was also value for money.
