The Phizz Electrolyte and Multivitamin Tablets are a genuinely useful supplement to have around, whether for hydration, recovery or general wellbeing. I tend to keep a few tubes on hand - one at home, one at the office and one in my travel bag - as they’re excellent for staying hydrated on flights or during long days on the move. They dissolve quickly, have a clean, pleasant flavour (without the chalky aftertaste some similar products leave), and contain a well-balanced mix of electrolytes, vitamins and minerals. I’ve used them after the gym, on hot days and even following the occasional night out, and they always help me feel noticeably better hydrated and more energised. Each tube contains a generous number of tablets, which last well, and the packaging is compact enough to throw in a bag or suitcase. I have found that a little moisture can sometimes get into a tube, but that’s most likely from my own handling rather than any fault with the product. Overall, they’re convenient, effective and great value given their versatility.

My partner swears by these. We use them for groggy mornings, to perk us up a bit. The taste is like a weak, sometimes gritty squash. I'm not a big fan of that aspect, but the benefits outweigh the flavour.

Ive now been using these for the last few months and heres a quick note of what I found; - Great for a pick up and to hydrate. I notice improvement in my focus, energy, and felt hydrated. Great for a pre/during gym and I always take them on holiday with me. - Love this flavour, I have tried other before too, but i like this flavour the most, its not overly sweet and tastes like juice. - It dissolves really quickly and easily, with no gritty bits. I use one tablet in a water mineral bottle for reference. I would highly recommend. It will definitely help you stay hydrated, whilst keeping up with a busy lifestyle.

My husband uses these all the time for distance swimming. During the heatwave I gave some to my elderly mum who hates drinking water. She liked the taste, felt more energised after. She had one or sometimes two every day in a tall glass of water.

A pharmacist recommended this to me as I have been feeling dehydrated and shaky in the heat due to my medication and I have noticed it works I have one in the morning and one in the evening and as these type of drinks go it’s a nice flavour and easy to drink

Drank these every day for over a year. Drop one into a 500ml bottle of water every morning. Sometimes I drink 2 a day. I have POTS and Myalgic Encephamyelitis and it's helped with being so dizzy. Tried mango, cherry, mixed berry, orange etc. Hated them all but this is tolerable not nasty

I started using these mainly to stay on top of hydration, and they’ve been a really easy addition to my routine. They dissolve quickly in water and taste quite nice without being overly sweet. The flavour is refreshing rather than artificial, which makes it easier to drink regularly, especially if you’re not great at getting enough fluids in during the day. What I like most is how convenient they are. You just drop one into water and you’ve got something that feels a bit more purposeful than plain water, especially after a workout or on busy days when you feel a bit run down. I did notice I felt a bit more refreshed and less sluggish when using them consistently, particularly in the afternoons. It’s not anything extreme, but definitely a noticeable boost. They’re also low calorie and suitable for different diets, which is a nice bonus if you’re trying to be mindful of what you’re consuming. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the flavour might not be strong enough for everyone, especially if you prefer something sweeter. Overall, they’re a simple, convenient way to support hydration and get a bit of an extra boost during the day without much effort.

Do the job, cheaper than better known brands - feel an energy spike which is good, nice range of vitamins. The taste however is a bit yak compared to Berocca or other big brands.

My best and favourite phizzy vitamins. Not only a great start to the day but a great pepper me up if you need an energy boost during it's course! Axxx

Definitely feels nourishing, but the taste is somewhat bad. It's the second flavour I'm trying from third brand and I don't like.
