NOTO Botanics - Natural Basil Yarrow Mist

I have been looking for the perfect toner. This one is light, I can feel it working and the aromatherapy worthy scent is amazing. Paired with the Noto Deep Serum, I feel like I can wash and go with nothing else on my skin. I am already looking forward to a repurchase. I also use the face wash, but I feel like that part of the regiment is optional, but it is luxurious and a little goes a really long way. *Just a note, there was a couple of day transition from my previous product to this were there were a few fine bumps on my forehead, but that is not unusual for me with a product shift. Nothing alarming, and my skin was adjusted to the product after that couple of days. Smooth, clean and glowin'.

I love to use this in my hair in between shampoos - on my skin in the summer after the sun - and as a toning mist on my skin after I cleanse. Love the scent and color as well. Easy to travel with.
