While still a "camper quality" fixture, this unit is much better than the factory faucet. The faucet itself was easy to install, the quarter turn handles are a big improvement over the factory ones that would turn multiple times. Also much higher flow than the original, which helps dial in temperature much better with our on demand water heater. The shower head is also very nice. The hose seems to be the weak link in the package, no issues yet but doesn't seem like it will last long term. Overall it's worth it just for the faucet. I view the showerhead as a bonus and will still have been an excellent value if I have to replace the hose.

Worked great I was able to remove the plastic water pipe and valves etc and install in my existing housing so the colors matched.

Nice looking shower faucet for RV, however, it is leaking at black plastic nipple that comes out of the faucet where the shower head hose attaches. By the time we found it, faucet was out of warranty. Will look for another brand, as other reviewers have had leaking in the same area. UPDATE: Although this was out of the return window for Amazon, I did contact the manufacturer about the leaking. They informed me that the faucet does indeed have a hole in it, and it is to allow water to flow back out of the shower hose, so stagnant water does not stay in your shower hose. That really doesn't work for us, as we wipe our shower down to keep the humidity lower in our bathroom - but then hours later, the water weeps out of the hole (like it is suppose to) and leaves water standing in the bottom of the shower, defeating our efforts to lower the humidity. I will say the faucet is very nice, otherwise, and we were impressed how quickly their customer service responded and how thorough they were in explaining the way their faucet works.

This was a great replacement of a broken shower faucet in our travel trailer. I ordered on Sunday and received Tuesday, and that was awesome as we were at the camp grounds when the old faucet broke. Installation is as simple as it gets, so long as you have access to the rear of the faucet you're replacing. Our shower has a spacer plate that I was able to remove, then use a wrench to loosen the water lines. Hardest part was getting my hand in there to reattach the lines to the new faucet but that just takes patience. If you don't have a spacer you'll need to buy an access panel from home improvement store (in the plumbing section) and cut an access panel from the back side of the wall that the shower is on. A 6x9 panel works. Most RV walls are 1/8" wood paneling. A dremmel with a round cutting blade works well. Be sure not to cut to deep and that there's no electrical where you're cutting. A 2nd person with a vacuum near the cutting head will minimize mess.

So far so good! It looks great and we like the quarter turn faucets compared to the old one. Arrived on time as promised.

This product looks good, works good and it cost less than $12 delivered; so what's not to like? Very, very simple and easy to install. The only hard part was accessing the installation area in my motorhome in order to remove the old shower faucet. It's pretty much 100% light plastic except for 2 screws, so I don't know how long it will last. It could very easily last for a long time if properly drained during freezing temps, but if it breaks it can easily be replaced for less than $12. It was an almost perfect fit for replacing my old, broken faucet. No complaints.

Even though it’s all plastic the knobs feel solid once installed, and they glide smoothly when turning. It was really easy to install, and is a great upgrade for the old faucet style shower hook up I replaced. One thing to note: after shutting off the shower at first, the tiny hole at the bottom of the vacuum breaker/shower head hose hook up drained water back from the shower head hose, and this would slowly pool up on the tub edge then run onto the floor a little bit. I noticed it quickly and after running just straight hot water through it for less than a minute the valve inside relaxed back into place, and it has worked perfectly fine since.
