Worked very well. Clean machine and better/cleaner tasting coffee.
Worked excellent. Cleaned our machine well. Followed the instructions and no residual taste and improved the taste of the coffee.

Takes about 30 minutes to cycle through the espresso maker. Cleans all the crud my hard water leaves in the system and make my unit run hotter and faster. Highly recommend.

Shipment issues - Customer support not great
I haven't tried the product yet but I have received the package damaged, so I called DeLonghi and they made me open the wrapping on a video call to make sure it did not leak. We did not see any leakage but the box was certainly wet and with some "stuff" on it. They blamed it on Amazon and that I shouldn't buy from them (???) because they don;t handle product with care. They promised would send an email with a "coupon" for next order but they did not
