One of my favorite things ever from amazon!
Okay let me give you a little history. In 2020 I realized I had Morton's naroma and my left foot. The answer pretty much from the doctor was shots or surgery. Was surgery only being about a 70% success rate I wasn't up for that. And having had shots in my feet 20 years ago for plantar fasciitis, what a painful experience that was even though it corrected it. But I learned that shots for Morton's neuroma isn't all that long lasting so I decided to not do that. I searched for other options like wide toe box shoes, toe socks, and other items. Although they all worked to some degree nothing worked as good as this product has! First of all it's very very comfortable. I've never liked something on my feet all night long, and one day I woke up and realized I was still wearing the darn thing. Secondly I can wear this with my wide toe box shoes or my regular shoes and I still do not get the pain from Morton's neuroma. I just can't believe how wonderful these work! They're so soft they stay in place and they're very comfortable. I have some sort of obsession with things having to be perfect, and write all the time. And I am satisfied with this product. Normally I would keep searching and searching and searching till I find the perfect answer. Well, I found it. In some ways I want to say it has corrected the situation but the science says Morton's cannot be corrected without surgery. But there's definitely times where I don't put this on and just walk around in my socks and shoes and there is no pain. Why is that? I think this has something to do with this toe separator. In the past once I took off whatever I was using, toe socks, why toe shoes, and then went into regular shoes I would immediately feel the pain within probably the first hour. But I could go a whole day and so far not feel any pain. I just love these things! I've probably made between 2,000 to $2,500 purchases through Amazon in the past 20 years and this is in my top five! Highly recommend!

great toe separator
easy to put on, good quality, perfect cushioning but best of all, relief from the pain my second toe to my little toe which curls under my middle toe - have tried many different protectors and this is the best. The size is good and I have smaller toes but the silicone material would stretch for a larger toes. I wear thongs frequently and they stayed put (purchased the see through). Will purchase again.

Works well barefoot or open-toe shoes
These pinky toe spacers work well for open-toe shoes, when barefoot, or with socks on. They are soft and squishy, but it does have limited compression. I was able to wear more than 6 hours the first day without feeling pain. They are easy to use. I then used them in my hiking boots with socks on. That also worked as there was enough space in the toe box. Then I tried them in formal shoes. It was super tight. I backed off. I have been using them regularly for a week in flip-flops and Keen hiking sandals. I have noticed that the spacer at small toe seems to bulge and push out the little toe. Overall, the toe spacer does work as intended. It spans 3 toes. It might take time and practice to get used to it. It would be nicer if the end tail/flap was thinner, and the same applies spacer at small toe. The silicone material is easy to wash. I like having several so that I have a fresh set to use. I like the design but it could use some improvement. I will continue to wear this at home when I am able to use open-toe shoes. Good quality and durability. It is good value for a pack of 10.

keep the space between my toes dry. But, not perfect
the gel is not ventilated. So, the humidity causes itching around each toe. But, it does keep the space between my toes dry (the interdigital space)

Comfortable Pain Relief
I bought these to help with nerve pain similar to a mortons neuroma, and they have been amazing! The little bit of extra spacing they provide has made an unbelievable difference and I have been able to walk longer without pain than I have in a long time. They are light, comfortable and easy to wear, and with a wider toe box shoe I don’t even notice them. If you have compressed nerve pain that shoots through your 3rd & 4th toe, I recommend giving them a try. If they work out for you then it’s an inexpensive, easy, non-medication, non-surgical solution. I am so glad to have tried them!

keeps pinky toe straighter but tricky to sleep in
works well to keep my pinky toe straighter, which was a surprise considering how soft the silicone material is. Fits well in shoes, though I can definitely feel something on those toes, but it’s not too bothersome for me. Hard to sleep with it on since it catches onto blanket and sheets when I move my legs around, probably need to wear socks. I just take them off and only wear when not in bed.

Silicone soft
The silicone makes this toe separater very comfortable. You would hardly know you were wearing a toe separater. Stays in place and it's very soft.

Works well - please be cautious and read first!
Have had a curled-over pinky toe for over a year now and has started causing pain, just one of those things you don’t start noticing until it hurts. Got this to straighten them out and put it on immediately to start stretching it out. After about 15 minutes, started getting lateral foot pain and sharp pain in my calf - this is a warning sign! Apparently I was trying to over-correct too much at once! Not very good for the tendons. Have to build up gradually to use this to that point. That’s what I get for going from zero to hundred right off the bat. If this happens to you, Ice the areas in pain and avoid doing anything else to it for about 24 hours then start buddy taping it to gradually work up to the spacer, don’t make the same mistake I did! Will try again after a few weeks of taping but will say for those 15 minutes those toes were straight! Will try to write another review later on TLDR; spacer works well but don’t use first if you need severe correction, build up to the use after buddy taping
