Will this filter fit my 2009 FLHTC stock assembly ?

Hey Kenneth....K&N guide shows it as a fit.  I have it on my 12 RKing and it's an easy install.  No flashing of ecm required for me.  It simply replaces the stock filter.  No modifications or extra parts needed.  It comes pre-oiled.  Might want to get a cleaning/recharge kit.  Need to do that at least once a year.

Ok so i have screaming eagle pipes and stock air filter, if i add this k&n filter will I have to get the computer tuned or will i be good?

Depends on how new your bike is. I had a 2017 Roadglide Ultra (107 put 42+k) and now have a 2019 RG Ultra (114 put 33+k), had and have Cobra exhaust and just used the K&N air filter(its cleanable) and got fantastic results. ECM made the adjustment my engine needed. Better performance and great sound. I did not get a fuel pack like some of my buddies did. Recently rode from St Louis to Knoxville, two 110 Screaming Eagles and one 107, and I was getting 53+ mpg and they were lucky to get 40 mpg. They would need fuel and I would have 3/8 tank left (all 6gal). I don't think it needs to be done, we all ran between70 and 90 mph on the highway and did a lot of riding in the Smokies, they were always following me and used more fuel to stay with me. I can be a very "aggressive" rider on the twistys and have never felt it was worth $400+ to waste gas. I recommend getting the permanent, cleanable oil filter also, worth the extra expense. I'm just saying .....

The hole placement looks different in the photo compared to the stock on my  2008 flhtcu.  in the "garage' it states it will fit.  will it fit?

I am not sure if it will fit on an 08 I know it fits a 13 fine and looks like will fit my 06 street glide.
