Luxury kitchen faucet
This is my 4th kitchen Grohe faucet. Every time I move I replace existing with Grohe. Every thing works great. The spray is so easy in the hand and the chrome is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great looking kitchen tap but with poor flow
Installation was easy and this thing looks awesome in our kitchen however the flow of water coming out the nozzle is quite pathetic. it improves when I engage the spray function using the rocker switch by the spout. The lower quality tap that I replaced had much more velocity.I'm wondering if there's another type of Grohe cartridge that I could swap out as that seems to be the issue.

no aerator, too-fast stream sprays water everywhere!
there is no aeration in this, so the water flow almost seems to be at pipe pressure, coming out in a fast laminar flow. this causes almost anything to splash. e.g. washing leafy greens or broccoli crowns is a mess of water spray. i just wish this had aeration.another negative is the alternate stream selector does not stay pressed for low flow; it only stays on the alternate flow selection for moderate to full flow speeds.bottom line is, i wish i bought a better faucet than this.

No aerator
The product added aesthetic value to my kitchen. However, it does not come with an aerator, without it the water splash everywhere around the sink.It's mentioned in the comment if you want to add an aerator, part 116179 would be the one, but I could not find it on Amazon at all, wondering how to get it.

Grohe Essence Faucet_defective snap coupling
Very disappointed after installing faucet, there was almost no water flowing out of faucet, a slight trickle. Troubleshooted for hours and looked online and then realized it possibly may be snap coupling that is defective. For a very expensive faucet, everything should have been working since it is brand new. Contacting Grohe tomorrow to see what they can do for replacement.
