School Zone Nouns, Verbs & More Game Cards: 56 Cards, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, Grammar, Early Reading, Parts of Speech, Word-Picture Association, Sentence Structures, Ages 6+ Review: Fun Activity - I used these cards with a small group of 5th graders. The students drew cards and came up with silly sentences that they had to write down in their journals. They laughed quite a bit and one mentioned that the sentences sounded like the beginning to a children's story. Cards are good quality and have great illustrations to go with the words. Review: Good Tool - Great for classroom use

Perfect For Learning
My child is homeschooled and this was an easy break to learn about nouns and verbs as he was learning. He caught on quick thought the game was fun and enjoyed it overall.

Hard for first grade to understand
I found the game easy but my first-ever get confused. The more they practice..the better and it is a great learning game but it loses their interest due to them not getting it.

Learning cards
We homeschool and got these to help us learn. They are nice cards and do the job for us. We recommend them.

Loved these cards!
Couldn't have been happier with these cards! I bought them to use when I subbed for a grammar class for 4th-6th graders. They produced the desired effect: made the students laugh and taught them the use of a conjunction. We used the provided "and" cards to join words (adj), phrases (we combined adj with noun to create a phrase), and clauses (we added a verb to the phrase to create a clause). I believe the resulting compound sentence was "Wild monkeys dance and stinky penguins bounce." Hilarious! The children loved it. How can you make grammar more fun than that?
