Question 3

Is this real leather, like from a cow (i.e. not the PU leather stuff)?

Accepted Answer

Hi there,

All our leather is a by-product of the meat industry and comes from bulls that live disease-free and well-fed. Hope this helps!

Question 4

Are the inner mechanisms made of plastic or a more durable material? I see lots of reviews about the inner mechanisms breaking.

Accepted Answer

Hi Amazon Customer,

Thank you for your question, and we appreciate your interest in Ekster.

The Senate wallets' card slot/holder mechanism is made of fully-anodized aluminum for a sleeker look and smoother action. The aluminum card holder protects your cards against any RFID data theft and blocks out RFID signals.
