Can’t find where the batteries go

The battery is internal and already in the vacuum. The battery is not replaceable.

Would pick up sand from car carpet?

I tried to use the vacuum in my car and I was very disappointed in the results. It does work well on my carpeted stairs in my home and also my furniture but I would still go to the car wash to vacuum the car. Hope this helps.

What is the difference between the three 20volt cordless models by black and decker? They all look the same, but have different part numbers.

TheHHVK515JP07 is a pet head vacuum that has a jack plug charger. The Model No. HHVK515BPF07 is a pet head vacuum that has a cup head charger and an extra filter. The HHVK515JZ01 has a powered pet head and a jack plug charger. The HHVK515J00 has a jack plug charger but does not have the pet head.

Is the charger a smart charger? Can I charge at all times while not in use without it causing battery to go bad?
