Its a good book, It needs an update but still good

I must say this book is beyond the scope of what I believed it took for one to go Ghost Hunting. Melissa Martin Ellis goes into great detail with the 'do's and do nots' in the Art of Ghost Hunting. I say it is an art, since the subject is not for everyone. However, I will say, I'm more fascinated than ever by the people that take this subject on to explore, and love doing it. We are all drawn to the unknown at one time or another in life. I will say the research and time and effect when writing this book should be commended. I loved how we could check on websites, and learn about equipment and places that have been viewed and verified. Thank you for writing it.

As one who has lived in a haunted house, I feel I can write about this book with unmittigated enthusiasm! It's absolutely wonderful...filled with knowledge, expertise and practical advice, all offered in a lilting, sensible and thoroughly engaging voice. I only wish I'd had it several years ago when I was trying to navigate a troublesome ghostly situation that was proving hard to cope with The book is brimming over with useful suggestions, lore and history, techniques and technology, photographic evidence, first person accounts. It explores the topic from A to Z with wonderfully reader-friendly tales of haunted places woven in so seamlessly, you'll feel you've been taken on an entertaining journey of discovery while learning an immense amount about a subject that has intrigued people for centuries.

I've been investigating the Paranormal realm for more than 10 years and found this book to be insightful and compelling as well as a great resource for anyone who is contemplating entering the Paranormal Investigation field.

My daughter loves ghost hunting. She is really enjoying this book. Has lots of good facts. Very entertaining
