A must for pregnancy 🤰
I purchased this pillow at roughly 20 weeks pregnant. I am now 34 weeks pregnant and the pillow has honestly been my best pregnancy buy. The pillow has supported my ever growing stomach. My baby kicks massively at night when I lie on my side and the vibrations without this pillow were making me nauseous. The pillow also helps with my access weight and additionally helps ease pressure on my joints. The pillow lies between my knees, slightly under my tummy and my head rest on top. This position helps me get to sleep very quickly. I only wake to go to the bathroom. Really happy with the purchase. The person who designed this pillow clearly knows a lot about the pregnant body. Thank you for the clever design that has helped me so much. I really am comfortable every night and look forward to my sleep. The material and padding are of a fantastic standard. Well worth the money.

Fabulous and really comfy
It takes a while to puff up once you unleash it from its oddly square vacuum packed cube, once it does though it’s really really nice, the cover is smooth and good to touch the filling is dense throughout and you can kind of shuffle the filling about a bit to suit your body as well, I’m a side sleeper with fibro, I had the best nights sleep I’ve had for a long time my back and shoulders are very happy , very much with the money.

Changed my life
This pillow is literally a must have when you are pregnant- especially in the later days when you have a big bump. It is so comfortable and i cant sleep without it. Having the U shape is great because one side supports my bump, and the other side supports my back which is in pain these days. The top portion I do use as a pillow so it is perfect. Well worth it for the price too and its soft and firm but not hard or flimsy. Only thing is its quite big which is fine for my superking bed but if you have a double bed your partner might complain. Doesnt matter kick your partner out onto the sofa- this pillow is worth it! :)

So much more comfortable!
This is the first pregnancy pillow I have ever used, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I did a lot of research before buying. The pillow comes in a very small box, which is great for delivery. You then need to leave it for 48 hours to puff up to full size. Perhaps this is why some reviewers thought it was a bit flat? It was hard to wait the 48 hours as by this point I was desperate for a better night’s sleep but I think it was worth it. I find the pillow really comfortable. I like the soft jersey fabric and the volume/consistency of the pillow. I like that it is one piece, before when I went to the toilet in the night I would then have to rearrange five pillows before I could get back into bed. I find that I am less likely to roll onto my back in my sleep. I like that I feel supported from all sides. I was concerned beforehand that it was so big my partner would be pushed out of the bed but that is not the case. The only thing I’m not so sure about it the detachable arm. I think it will give the pillow more versatility in the long run perhaps but I think I would prefer it if both sides of the pillow were the same. (Sometimes I still have to swap sides because my hip has gone numb) Overall I am really happy with my purchase, I think it’s really good value and I suspect I will use it long after my pregnancy ends!

So comfy I don’t want to get up!
I hadn’t been sleeping well as I’m 14 weeks pregnant and hip discomfort started early in my 2nd pregnancy. I was using a cushion from my lounge to put between my knees but still having to turn so much and move the cushion every time I turned which meant I was awake a lot! So something had to be done, my husband had already fled to the spare room as I was so restless it was keeping him awake. So I invested in this pillow and wow what a difference, I can sleep for so much longer on one side now and feel supported and comfortable. I am 6ft so I still use my own pillow for my head and have turned the pharmedoc cushion around so the head bit is at my feet & have unzipped the bit for my back which I use but push into my back, so when I turn on my right side I use the back bit for my knees, this way I’m not having to drag any cushions over myself in the night. It works extremely well for me. I feel less hip pain and this has improved my sleep no end!! I am confident as my bump grows that this pillow will exceed itself!

Used for a few months, ended up having to ditch it for proper support
I’d recommend this pillow for only a) short ladies as the ankle is supposed to be levelled out with the knee. However, this pillow was just not long enough for me (170cm/5 7) to do that job. Hanging ankles are not good for the hip. The product pictures also show the lady’s ankle hanging which is not ok position, ask any chiropractor or physio. The pillow may provide ankle support for short people. Also recommending only if b) your hips are on the narrow side/ boyish builds. Otherwise the pillow is not stuffed enough to maintain support at hip width. Of course you can always puff the pillow so it looks bulkier (with air) but in my opinion, the material/ volume should do that job on its own. after a month of usage my knees were only kept about 8-9 cm apart which was not enough support for me. A design issue I found was that middle part of the bigger pillow part where it curls in towards the belly area. I had a sensitive belly skin and it was irritable to the touch. I had to push the pillow away every day. On the side note, having a pillow behind my back did not add to the comfort itself but rather to cosiness. The quality of the pillow is good but the volume of stuffing and the length is insufficient. I’d recommend for everyone other than small sized people to spend the money on big, firm pillows to ensure knees and ankles are both kept at hip width. I did sleep better with this pillow than without any support. But I ended up having to ditch it for proper support after a few months of usage.

Comfy!
I was a bit sceptical ever buying this with the price point but with my first pregnancy i didn't have anything like this and was in mass pain sleeping! Bought this early on for second pregnancy as pains were already getting to me, very comfortable for side sleeping, i detached the side cushion for a short while until i need the whole thing and the zips left behind dig in :( the top part is a very weird size cushion (was expecting normal size) and because its almost 3/4 the size of a regular cushion for me personally that has to sleep with 2 on the head this has to go on top and therefore i'm slipping off my pillow of a night other than this it's a great size and value for the money, i'm looking forward to seeing what this is like the heavier pregnant i get but so far it's providing good sleep, the best use i get out of it is when my partner isn't in bed and i can put it in the centre the more space you have to work with it is more comfortable, so single expectant mothers or single people generally that want comfort this is perfect, not so much if you're restricted to half a bed as theres just not enough room with it to use it to the full capacity / leg placement/ bump placement etc

Amazing!
I adore my pillow! It’s sooo comfortable and gives me support where I really need it. I’m not pregnant but bought it due to having sleep problems from lower back and neck pain. Even reading in bed is more comfortable now! I wish I’d bought this pillow years ago.

Great buy
I got my pillow in my first trimester which is pretty early but I have been having some serious back and hip problems that are being exacerbated by pregnancy. The pillow is rather large but so incredibly comfortable. It has helped me to sleep so much better and is super easy to make it fit to your every need. It supports your body in all kinds of ways and positions. The removable pillow attachment is really nice because it can be used in so many different ways. My only complaint is that it keeps me from cuddling my husband in the middle of the night but that isn’t a real problem. I would recommend this to anyone who is pregnant and uncomfortable, especially while sleeping.
