I have been taking this product for five months now. First of all I want to say that I tried everything for years...I went through my teens with clear beautiful skin. In my early twenties I began getting a few zits, then a few more. I began researching what was going on. Early on I realized it was hormonal, not due to lack of cleanliness, but what hormone? I thought maybe I was food sensitive so throughout the years I restricted my diet more and more, no eggs, meat, caffeine, dairy, etc. The same thing that some many of you other woman have done. Well, my acne just kept getting worse. About 3 years ago a friend of mine recommended a few different supplements, and for the first time in ten years my skin cleared up. This clear skin lasted for about 10 months and then suddenly I began breaking out again. Now, it was worse than ever. I had acne all over my cheeks, jaw line, and neck. It was everywhere. One of my girlfriends, a doctor even thought that I maybe had a staph infection how bad my acne was. This break-out lasted for months, not improving even a little. Somehow, I stumbled upon a web site that touted this product. I read some of the reviews and I bought the product. I tried not to get my hopes up. Well, within the first few days my skin, my cheeks and jaw line specifically, where the break out was the worst, started itching, and itching bad. I knew something was going on, I thought that my skin was healing. By then end of the first bottle, my face was not breaking out like it was. Instead of waking up to one or two new zits a day, it was one zit every two or three days, and the itching had stopped. Part of me was afraid that since the itching had stopped that meant that I wasn't going to get any better. I bought another bottle, and another, and after 3 months my friends started to notice. After four months I bought a gym membership because I had hyper-pigmentation, but no acne. SOMETHING TO NOTE. I USE RAW HONEY ON MY FACE EVERY MORNING, LET IT SIT FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES, my hyper-pigmentation is almost gone now too!!! THIS PRODUCT WORKS. I don't know how long it will keep my acne away. I try to just appreciate every day that I have with clear skin. After 12 years of increasingly horrible skin, I now look as beautiful on the outside as I feel on the inside. I recommend this product to everyone.

Background info: I have struggled with acne since I was around 12-13. I would say I had moderate acne that I mistakenly treated with the bc pill around age 15 (which for the record, never rid me of acne even when it was combined with oral and topical antibiotics, benzyl peroxide, clindamycin, retin-a etc.) Before going the natural route with supplementation I had tried everything I could think of to fix my skin (different skincare systems, dietary changes, etc). I was on the pill until about my mid 20s when I discovered the ingredients in my pill were forms of synthetic hormones that made acne worse (a truly disappointing discovery since I had begged my doctor to not prescribe me something that would make my skin worse). I went off the pill immediately and my skin became the most horrific it had ever been in my entire life which was especially terrible since at 28, I looked far worse than I did in even my most awkward teen years. I had continual eruptions of cystic acne, which covered my cheeks and jawline. It was physically painful, but the emotional toll was nearly unbearable. It has taken me more than a year to balance my hormones and heal my body from acne and I absolutely could not have done it without Estroblock . I started with the regular strength (took this for about 2 months) and gradually built up my dosage until it made more sense to begin using the triple strength - I was using Liv D'tox with it as recommended. My skin began to clear considerably, and it was very exciting to see some real change! I figured out after about 4-5 months that while I was successfully ridding my body of excess estrogen from the pill, I also needed to balance my progesterone too. Estroblock was still working so wonderfully during this process (which took several months, around 5-6 maybe?). All this time I was taking 1 Estroblock triple strength in the morning as I didn't want to burden my liver with anything excess in the supplement department. After all of this I was still having some stubborn acne that was driving me bananas - I had come so far and felt like I was just shy of the finish line in fixing my skin. I actually phoned the company and asked for advice and their customer service was so wonderful. I was advised to up my dosage and that seemed to be the golden ticket! During this entire process I was very careful with my diet, avoiding dairy and sugar and basically anything refined or processed. Before I upped my dosage to what is recommended on the label, I would notice any indiscretion with my diet on my complexion within a matter of days (which truthfully was pretty annoying). Now that I have increased my dose, I have a bit more (not tons!) leeway in the diet department which has been great. I don't even want to imagine where I would be in my skin healing journey without this product. It is truly amazing and has undoubtedly helped me heal my body from the damaging effects of the pill and acne.

I developed really terrible cystic acne around the age of 24, it progressively got worse... nothing I did would kick it. Might I mention, I have SLIGHT hypothyroidism. I'm an organic farmer and eat super well, I was reading all the acne treatment research on PubMed, trying natural remedies, antibiotics (bad idea), making lifestyle changes, etc. etc. This helped manage the potential devastating effects of the acne (i.e. increased inflammation, severe scarring), however as soon as one cyst started to diminish (which takes months), two more would emerge. I lived in fear. It felt like something insidious was torturing me, destroying my face, and giving me a little bit of false hope. As many of you know, this is both psychologically and physically damaging. I finally tried Estro-block, starting with the normal strength. I took two a day. This helped a little, but cysts take a long time to heal, and I was still getting new outbreaks (though not as vicious). Those close to me noticed some improvement, as did I, but my face was still a wreck. Despite the lack of the kind of improvement I wanted, I continued to take EstroBlock, maintained my healthy diet (also cutting out dairy and gluten, which did help some), and supplemented with vitamins and herbs. I purchased triple strength EstroBlock and blasted myself with two a day. (SIDE NOTE: I also consumed 2-3 cups of green tea a day as well, which I found helped with inflammation - also applied it topically as a toner to sooth skin. I highly recommend acne sufferers do some research on the benefits of green tea.) After about 2.5 months of taking EstroBlock triple strength, my cystic outbreaks stopped all together. After 4 months the quality of my skin MAJORLY improved. I have small surface level outbreaks occasionally, but they are very manageable. And even those are starting to diminish. I don't live in fear and shame of my face anymore. I ran out of EstroBlock for 2 weeks in the early stages of using it, and I started getting major evil cysts again. When I got back on it, they shrunk at a faster pace and outbreaks stopped. I think there are many things that helped clear up and heal my skin, but EstroBlock is by far the most powerful weapon I used against the cystic plague. It's month 5, and I haven't stopped taking it. I only take one a day. Almost all the scarring has faded (it takes awhile - don't lose hope!), absolutely no new outbreaks, and I am feeling SO RELIEVED. I hope this works for you, too. I definitely recommend giving it longer than a month trial period, especially if you have the really vicious kind of cystic acne.

I began taking Estroblock Pro beginning of November 2013 at 2 pills/day. I had severe acne. My skin began to clear up in May 2014. From November-May I still had severe acne. My skin has been like a normal person's skin since May (with occasional pimples). I stopped taking Estroblock in August 2014. I did a protein cleanse in March for 3 weeks (Thorne MediClear Plus) and immediately after that, did a candida diet/cleanse for 4 weeks (no sugar/taking oil of oregano ad black walnut combo). I started taking zinc, krill oil, and a good probiotic about 2 weeks before I started all the cleansing. It was right after I did the candida stuff/taking these supplements that my skin dramatically cleared. I stopped taking the Estroblock because I am unsure whether it was JUST the cleansing/other supplements that cleared my skin or if it was the Estroblock also starting to work. I have not taken Estroblock for about 6 weeks now. I have been getting a few tiny cysts again/my skin has been slightly more irritated but my skin is still good. I have had more cravings, anxiety, and menstrual cycle changes since I stopped the Estroblock (I had my period for half a day around mid cycle and then it stopped-which never happens to me). I have also been eating more sugar (not very much though-maybe a couple cookies/day, other than that I eat well) due to abnormal cravings probably from hormonal changes, exercising less, going out more, and sleeping less than usual, which may be causing some of these problems. Perhaps going off Estroblock is causing hormonal fluctuations. At this point, I am debating whether to wait it out longer and make sure I am eating better and sleeping well/taking my other supplements to see if my skin stays good, or just ordering more Estroblock. I kind of want to just order it because it takes a while to ship and i'm scared i'm going to get bad acne again. This is my first review of any product. Over the next couple of months I will probably have decided whether I need this product or not. I give it 3 stars because I am currently confused, and unsure if it actually helps me (since it had no effect on my acne for the first 7 months). I will write another review later but wanted to share my thoughts. p.s. I began using topical Biacna gel in February-which also may be helping my skin, although when I miss supplements and eat poorly my acne comes back so yea.... ***I went from having severe acne to practically clear skin over the past 11 months by doing the things I noted above. I still live in fear everyday. We will see what happens.

Amazing product!!!!! I have tried everything natural in the past to clear my acne including a vegan and gluten free diet, the cave man regimen for half a year, all sorts of natural topicals and varying supplements including saw palmetto, evening primrose, etc, etc. None of those treatments made a consistent difference in my skin whatsoever. I strongly believe now that my acne was very hormone related, I was off and on the pill for about five years in my late teens and early twenties, now I have the copper IUD and couldn't be happier to be off hormones. However, I think my hormones became incredibly unbalanced on the pill and from our typical Western diet. But, now I have been taking Estroblock for about 50 days and the results have been astounding. I am clearing up quite fast and my overall skin complexion is improving slowly but surely as well. I started on the regular strength Estroblock, taking three per day, for 20 days and after that started Estroblock Pro for the last 30 days taking two per day. I just ordered my second bottle of the pro strength and will continue my regimen of twice per day for the next two months or so and then see if I can taper down to one per day. I cannot stress enough how if you have struggled with stubborn acne please give this supplement a try. It's worth a shot and the cost to see if this works for you. I never even realized how badly my acne was affecting my self confidence until I realized how amazing I felt with clear skin. My whole outlook on life has improved. Also, I want to stress that although this supplement is geared toward hormonal acne, which for females often manifests around the chin area, this was not my main problem area. I was experiencing a lot of breakouts on my forehead and temples and some in my smile lines and thought I had other issues unrelated to hormones. Nonetheless, I gave Estroblock a try and it has helped all of my acne tremendously. Again Estroblock and Estroblock Pro are great products that have saved my face!!

I've been using this product for a month and so far I'm pretty satisfied with it. I was skeptical at first and still am not sure that all the claimed benefits hold any real value but the ONE reason I began taking these pills in the first place, for the most part has been achieved. I usually have about 30 active pimples at the very least on my face (yeah! ugh!!) at any given moment and of course, that condition gets worse when I'm close to my period. I started taking this pill 3 times a day (eventually cutting to 2 times a day because I started experiencing side effects; see below) in the middle of my period and I was amazed at how relatively calm my skin stayed. After about a week of use I noticed that the right side of my face completely cleared up. My skin felt better from the inside and out (if that makes sense). It was soft and smooth to the touch like a baby's bottom and had no visible inflammation. That's the first time my skin has been that smooth since I started high school--I almost started crying! The left side of my face slowly began healing as well though the change was nowhere near as drastic. I tried not to change my cleansing/make up routine as to not mess up any benefits but I started using a new foundation that may or may not have caused my right side to act up again. It's slowly been getting better and as of today, both sides of my face have significantly reduced in the number of active pimples and the texture of my skin is much smoother! One disclaimer: not all of this progress is necessarily attributed solely to Estroblock. As I said before, I wanted to test it out by itself first to see how effective it was. Recently however, I had to purchase a new Clarisonic brush head and decided to use the "deep pore cleansing" brush instead of the acne one. I feel this change has helped my face a lot too but probably the combination of both is producing the best results. ALSO, if anyone is worried about potential side effects unfortunately I've found that unless taken exactly as described--with at least a light snack and only twice a day--I get headaches and a really bad stomach ache as well as some gas issues. I also noticed that I started waking up with really dry mouth if I took the pills before going to sleep at night. So the effects aren't so bad that I'll stop using these but I will adjust my schedule and try to remember to always eat BEFORE taking the pill. It's also recommended that you take a pill specific for your liver to help clear any side effects and boost the affects of Estrblock. I've been taking THORNE RESEARCH - S.A.T. pills alongside the Estroblock twice a day. It is possible that the THORNE pills are responsible for the side effects but I've heard others have similar experiences with Estroblock (as far as the headaches are concerned). Full back story: I'm in my mid-twenties, with combination-leaning oily skin and what I've decided is hormonal acne. I've tried everything in the book (besides aggressive acne medication like Accutane etc because I refuse to sacrifice my health just to have clear skin) and *nothing* has worked. Or if it did work, it only worked for a few weeks before my skin went south again. So I'm crossing my fingers that my skin continues to improve because honestly I'm getting desperate! I've now lived about half my life with acne and am tired of feeling like crawling in a hole when my skin goes haywire.

If you've battled hormonal acne at any point in your life, then you know how stubborn it can be to get rid of. I've tried every topical product out there, peels, pills, cortisone shots, etc. Seen multiple dermatologists, and even tried natural holistic remedies including changing my diet and basically eating nothing but fruits and veggies. None of that worked. this was the ONLY thing that cleared my skin up and KEPT it clear. I didn't have severe acne, just a few hormonal /cystic pimples that would pop up randomly all the time to the point where I never felt like my skin was ever going to be completely clear. Until I read a blog called the Love Vitamin and the author recommended this product along with the Liver Detox supplements. I take 2 of these and 2 of those liver detox pills a day. Within 3-4 weeks no more acne, no more congestion in my pores, marks were fading, and now... people literally compliment me all the time on my skin. It's crazy but I'm so thankful for this product. Game changer. Just make sure you take it consistently, be patient...if your acne is severe give it a full 90 days to see the results, as I said, mine wasn't bad, just annoying 2-3 pimples all the time. Make sure you're also taking the liver detox along with it. I also use the Dr Dennis Gross Extra Strength Peel Pads (they're mild enough that you can use them daily) to help with keeping my skin tone even and pores free of congestion. I love them and highly recommend them as well, especially if your skin responds well to peels. But these are much safer and gentler than a chemical peel you would get at a med spa. Just be sure to use lots of sunscreen if you're doing any type of peels on your face. I use Shisedo SPF 45 with my moisturizer. I've also heard people say Estroblock helps with losing weight but that was never something I was using these pills for nor did I notice any weight loss with them, so I can't speak on that benefit. But all in all, this is my saving grace for my skin and I've recommended it to many family members and friends. Good luck, I hope you experience the same positive results with it as I have!

OMG. I have had horrible nodular acne on my jaw line since age 12 and then starting at age 18 begin getting awful, hideous, huge, red painful nodules on my back and shoulders. I tried everything. Every possible over the counter topical (pro active, billion brands of salicylic acids and benzoyl peroxide) some prescriptions (retin A), a million natural remedies (evening primrose, speriment capsules and tea, vitex, maca, vitamin A, magnesium, saw palmetto, licorice root...and these are just the ones I can remember) dietary changes (gluten free, dairy free). Before finally trying orthocyclen birth control at age 25, it worked! Yay finally! But it took nearly 3 months to see results) However, I quit within a year because it made me absolutely moody and insane. Back to trying things for two more years until starting spironolactone, same thing slow to see results but totally clearer my acne at the highest dose (200 mg) after four months. Again though I became a moody psycho and quit. I stumbled upon this on a blog (forget which one) and read the many raving reviews and it sounded too good to be true. I even clicked on the people who wrote reviews to see if they wrote other reviews and seemed like real people or not. I figured I've tried everything else might as well and tried not to get my hopes up. It's been FIVE DAYS of using the extra strong one at morning and one at night. The nodules I had on my back and jaw (four in total) are already gone and my previously oil slick face isn't blinding me with its sheen when I look in the mirror. I don't even know how this is possible when everything else took months to work. Also, it's right before that time of the month and usually my hormonal acne is at its worst right now so I'm in a state of disbelief. I will update this later to let everyone know if it turns me into a weeping psycho or not and if the results stick but so far it's a MIRACLE. ***UPDATE It's been one month and my skin is AMAZING, about two weeks in I noticed my forehead had a cluster of colorless small bumps (comedones says my internet research) I began cutting down my consumption by one pill a day and using jojoba oil at night and that has no cleared up and my skin is VIRTUALLY FLAWLESS. Again, I've been struggling for 15 years with my acne, unreal. No side effects that I've noticed. My mood seems totally fine even! UPDATE 6/6/16 Its been close to two months since I started estroblock and have more positive effects to report! Previously when I saw girls with long nails I was perplexed how they were able to grow them so long given my nails are ALWAYS breaking, I assumed I was just far more active than the average girl and constant use of my hands led to nail breakage, since I've started using estroblock my nails haven't broken at all! Ive also had the same length hair for a decade now despite only trimming the dead ends off my hair didnt seem to grow more than what needed to be trimmed and my hair is actually growing now. This is a miracle!
