Would this fit with a 62mm throttle body?

It would fit but wouldn't function very well. Go with a spacer for a 62mm.

Will this fit an 89 renix xj? the description says yes for the year but i know other brands (see airraid) spacers won't fit in a renix.

It should fit if it say it on the product listing rough country is usually pretty reliable when it comes to making sure it will fix. As far as your specific year im not sure but it's worth a shot. I have a 99xj and it helped the idle and throttle response quite a bit. Good luck keep jeepin

The description LITERALLY says this will fit a Jeep tj, yj, xj, and mj only. I would recommend looking one up for a 14 ram 5.7 if that is what you are looking for.
