This product does, indeed, get rid of all the worms; however, I would NOT trust it to get rid of all the ear mites. You would need a separate product---in addition to this product---for treatment and removal of ear mites.

If this works on roosters ?

Clueless, but it works on cats too, it works on mammals. Look for rooster deworming solutions, it may give you this same brand, or maybe not.
