Went for the Kuyal fan after my previous Bionnaire fans stopped working properly. I mostly use the fan on a timer in the bedroom to blow cool air over my head. This helps me get off to sleep. The Kuyal fan kicks out a good cool breeze on its lowest setting and isn't any noisier than other fans and definitely no rattling noise (as mentioned in some other reviews). Some added bonuses - the display being on the front of the fan is great for knowing what settings you have selected when you are using the remote control (many other fans put the display on the top). The remote control is small but perfect. Easy to use and also fits neatly onto the top of the fan if you decide not the use the remote. Very good purchase

This is a very effective cooling unit and I didn’t find it too noisy to have on whilst sleeping. It isn’t a whisper, but also it’s not blowing a gale - the benefits of having a cool night far outweighs the gentle noise it makes. It cools very effectively, but is only at knee level, so when lying on a bed it hits you at body and face level. I still find it quite effective during the day as if you leave it on for a while with the door shut in a particular room, when you come into the room, it is noticeably more cooler and maintains that level if you keep the cooler on. It can be left on for long periods of time without any disruption to its cooling capacity. It has 3 speed settings, which work well. I often put it on the highest first (probably the loudest) and then go down to a lower setting when I can’t stand the cool blow on my face and it’s cold enough. It also looks great, I have it in the bedroom even now and often use it when I’m having a hot flush, or after blow drying my hair, so it’s used all the year round, which is great. The remote control is very good. I’ve not used the sleep time mode or timing it to come on whilst I’m out, but it increases the speed and switches on and off very effectively. It is quite pricey but it does what it’s supposed to. I would recommend.

Hands down the best fan I’ve bought in a long time. We’re a house that hates being warm so I have a fan in each room. This fan is nice and aesthetic, sleek and smart. The remote control makes life easy, especially if your sat comfy and don’t want to move to either turn the fan on, off, up, down or for it to oscillate. If you are wanting a nice looking fan, powerful even in the lower setting but most importantly quiet then this is the one for you. I can’t say anything more other than buy buy buy…..you won’t regret it

The fan overall is good and works well, it's quiet and powerful enough on its lowest setting to have on while sleeping, I use mine on a 1hr timer so it's not going all night. There are 2 small problems or niggles I have with the fan, when it's oscillating it has an annoying rattling noise, I have fixed this now so it's not doing it and the remote only seems to work every now and then but normally works. Overall I'd recommend it

Decided that we needed a second tower fan for the guest bedroom. This thing is tiny! Half the size of the one we have already. It's quiet even on max setting but only because it's not particularly powerful. My other fan is louder but is much more effective at a cooling breeze. If you need something quiet and gentle for the night then this will do you fine, though it a bit pricey for what it is.

Bought this fan to replace the old style heavy metal stand fan. So glad that this fan is so lightweight yet feels compact and sturdy. Even on the lowest setting, it produces nice cool air and cools down my bedroom at night. Most importantly, it’s quiet even on the highest setting. Comes with a slot to keep the remote control. All the functions work as described. Brilliant price and it’s definitely perfect for the hot summer months. Very pleased and would recommend.

The fan is a decent fan, it’s fairly quiet and I like the remote control and sleep feature. The one thing I do find annoying is when it’s occolating it’s turns a quarter which is okay then the next occultation it turns half a quarter which I find really annoying! Apart from that for the price it’s good value for £30.

Very good product. Does what it says. It’s good enough for UK summers. The little remote is super useful too. The only negative thing is when I was installing it, it was missing one screw. Thankfully I had one of the right dimension.
