You MIGHT be able to hit those speeds manually with 2 kits (4 sticks)

AMD doesn't recommend it.  For 4 sticks 3200 can be achieved even as far back as Zen+ CPUs, manually.  Even at 3200 I don't know if Zen 3 will allow a profile to be set using 4 sticks unless it's 2933 or slower.  I generally run 32GB of memory so 1 kit works well when it's 32GB.  However for those who want to run 4 sticks I almost guarantee you'll have to set timings manually, ALONG WITH boosting voltages for the memory controller and one other voltage, possibly even for the memory kits.

I would guess about the best you can possibly get with 4 sticks is 3400 speeds.

The main issue is the memory controller typically needs an OC to run that fast, which means setting 4 sticks to run at 3200+ is an OC.  So, manual timings, boosting voltages.  That's it.  Like I said I'm unsure about Zen 3 if 4 sticks at 3200 requires boosting voltages which would also mean manually setting timings.  I know that for Zen + CPUs (2000 series), it IS an OC to run 4 sticks at 3200.

What it also means is more heat.  Since you have to boost voltages to run those higher memory timings I think your temps will jump up about 10C.  In fact even with 2 sticks, from my personal experience going from 3200 to 3600 jumps my temps 5 - 7C.  It's not an OC because you can simply select the profile with 2 sticks, but it still puts more strain on the memory controller.

So, you really have to think about what you're doing when jumping up to 3600.  If you don't really need to, then stick with 3200.

I have this same mobo...16GB worked fine at 4400CL19 using XMP1 profile and all other settings to auto. At 32GB (4 DIMMs), I had to use XMP2 @4266CL19...could not get 32GB to successfully boot regardless of timing or power settings (in fairness, MSI’s site lists this kit as compatible/tested only in 2 DIMM configuration anyway).
