The internal screw on my old unit broke and I couldn't find a replacement for just that part. Installed easily and has been working great.

Direct replacement for the one I damaged. Decent tools and not in a rush can be swapped out fairly EZ. Better price here,

This matched up perfectly for my XLR Nitro. According to Lippert as long as the item is purchased and fulfilled by Amazon, the Lippert warranty is in place.

One of the rear leveling jack legs on my FW was damaged on a recent camping trip which caused the system not to work. I purchased an extended warranty for my FW, however it appears that the parts will not come in and the work will not be done before our next trip so I had to purchase one myself so much for extended warranties anyway. I purchased this one which is a direct replacement for the LCI 3.0 leveling system. Straight forward install took about 20 minutes and now its back up and working and my FW is level. The 3 star rating is for delivery. placed an order on 8/4 with a delivery date of 8/6. normal Amazon delivery time correct? Nope wrong answer after five days it still had not been delivered had to contact customer service who cancelled the first order and request a replacement. it arrived in 24 hours a Big shout out to Michael in CS who took care of the issue unlike several other CS associates that could not.

I broke it two weeks after bought it.

Very disappointed the product we ordered was expensive and should have been in excellent working order. It was missing the main bolt and one of the connectors were smashed. There should have been excellent quality control considering this is one of the main parts on levelling a fifth wheel trailer.
