Does this fit baggy or is it fitted like a hipster button down?

The shirt I received was a whole size bigger than indicated in the size chart. That being said, the design looks fairly baggy. Not fitted.

No, this is a regular fit Twill shirt, style 13V0521. We do have this shirt in slimfit under style 13V0384, in black and white only

Do the shirts run big?

Yes. Sleeves are one inch longer than expected, based on my experience. I did keep the shirt. I find fit often varies even within the same brand because the products are made in a variety of countries.

are the buttons white or black. Sometimes the picture is not accurate on this point

I believe off white, it 100 sure. I have several black shirts, not sure which one the question is about. In the past I have changed buttons on my shirts. I like red or white on a black shirt. Hope this helps.
