Solved my problem!
I recently upgraded to LED headlights in my 2014 ram 1500. Having worked on chrysler products in the past I knew it would at a minimum display a bulb out message on the display. Due to an oversight on my end, i did not think about the CAN network and the body controller having issues send voltage out thus causing a very annoying flickering. I reached out to my contact of those I know who still work at the dealership and they were kind enough to add the LED options to the truck and update the controller with that information. I thought at that point the issue was resolved. Typically that's all that is needed, Chrysler products are surprisingly receptive of add on options. Short story long I opted to give this little gadget a try. And man, best $25 I ever spent. Problem solved. This provides enough circuit resistance that they no longer flicker, I no longer get a bulb out message and I am not sending the full amount of voltage to the lights which makes them slightly brighter so its a huge win all around. I am still waiting for the high beam ones to arrive but I fully anticipate that will correct the high beams as well. 10/10 would recommend people start with this from the get go.

They work.
Easy to install depends on your application. These are kind of bulky, so space could be an issue for you. Mine wasn’t bad on my E92 led fog bulbs. They worked fine to get rid of the dash error. I tried this setup on my Volvo as well, error went away, but would have been more difficult to install with the way they do their lights. With all that said, I found other LED bulbs from Fahren here on Amazon that don’t require a CANBUS that I used on the Volvo’s regular low beams. They were a smidge more expensive than the bulbs I already had that needed this CANBUS, but are worth it to not have to deal with this item. They absolutely solved the problem I was having. If you already have LED bulbs throwing errors on your dash, this fixed it for me, but springing for the slightly more expensive bulbs is my recommendation.

Great item
These work very well stoped the flickering on my dodge nitro easy to install great item. So this was what I did so the canbus didn’t have to go inside the headlight and melt my plastic. 1” hole saw worked great rubber garment filled the hole tight and done mounted the resistor to metal in the back. Thanks for the people that answered my ?

Stick with halogen DRLs
Couldn’t get these to work unfortunately. Tried flipping both connections around for polarity.. tried and tried.. but didnt work with my 2019 Subaru CrossTrek. Lights never powered on with these in place. Just going to go back to halogen for high beams since DRLs cause them to flicker. Even if these work the next issue is you’re driving around with full brightness high beams as your DRLs... The product does seem to me much higher quality though than the $9 ones I had laying around..

Does what it says and then some.
This worked like a charm, stopped all flickering and made the lights even brighter because the voltage is much more steady. My 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee has the setup for xenon or HID, but would rather use the LED’s. The ballasts for the HID are designed to heat the element in short bursts of voltage causing the “flicker”. This product normalizes the voltage to the lights and stops the flicker. They “seem brighter” because the voltage is now continuous to the led or halogens and will stop the flicker because they aren’t being turned off and back on in milliseconds.

Quick fox for flickering led light bulbs in vehicles
I replaced my standard fog light bulbs with nice yellow led bulbs, and immediately noticed a flicker and error codes on the car. Ordered these, installed them in less than 20 minutes, and problem solved. Just make sure you have plenty of space for this box with cables coming out to store or a way to secure them in the vehicle.

Did not work on 2006 Volvo XC90
These looked pretty nice and easy with the plugs rather than wire connectors. However, this did not solve the problem on my 2006 Volvo XC90. I could put on the marker lights first, then the headlights second and it wouldn't trip. If the headlights are turned on or started with the car - warning "low-beam bulb failure". I returned and got Sylvania Load Equalizer at Walmart for $15, installed it by crimping the wires on for the resistors (no splicing wires). The whole job took me about 25 min - 15 to figure out what I was doing on the first one, 10 to do the second. Hasn't failed and 40% less expensive. I don't recommend but may work for other vehicles or for the flashing issue which I did not have.

Works exactly as stated in description
This canbus decoder works extremely well. I've purchased resistors before, none worked as well as these did. My leds retrofitted in my mini clubman flickered horribly before, now I get no issues. So far no issues with heat, though i haven't tested how hot these actually get while in use. Overall, if your car doesn't accept leds well, these may be worth the purchase to fix any flickering issues you may have.
