Per the description, it replaced my previous RV microwave/convection oven and fit perfectly. All it took was for me to plug it in and put in a few screws to secure it. Works great.

Had to replace my microwave in my 2019 Tiffin Wayfarer and this fit perfectly.

DO NOT BUY. Microwave is underpowered -- can't even properly pop a normal bag of popcorn. Convection oven barley works. "Grill" can't brown a single side of bread after 15 min. Simply dried it out. And, yes, I'm using it correctly. Problem, is, I don't know what other product that fits the same space that will also give you convection, etc., to recommend. Seems there really isn't anything.

The oven arrived very late due to weather and UPS poor delivery service. The packaging is sub par. The instruction sheat does not match this oven and all the items on the item list are not there. It list 4 screws to attach the face plate to oven and there were none. It list six screws to assemble the face plate which comes as one piece. They need to correct their instruction sheet. The oven looks well made and I can only hope it holds up. I installed the oven it took less than 1/2 hour. It fit perfect in the OEM cutout I only had to lower the base 1/2" from the original oven due to the ducting for the vent on the bottom of this oven. I purchased black #8 1 1/4" square drive screws to attach the faceplate to the cabinet. The holes no longer aligned with the OEM face plate because it was 1/2" higher in the cabinet. The original holes are hidden by the faceplate. It looks like it came with the motorhome. I now hope it last longer than the original oven.

This is a great microwave/convection oven. Customer service was wonderful. We were missing some parts, and they refunded the amount + needed to get the parts. Highly recommend.

I ordered one of these in Aug of 2020, I installed it and the latch broke before I even had a chance to use it. I was sent a replacement and after I opened it the latch on it was also broken, I received a 3rd one and it was OK, but the control panel didn't seem to work correctly. I asked about sending them back. and was told to just get rid of them, I had pay for have them hauled off. After less than 6 months of use the convection oven no longer heats. I contacted RecPro and I was told it was out of warranty. I explained the problems I had with it and NO reply. I am NOT going to buy another one, I will have to pay to have this one hauled off as well. I WOULD NOT recommend this piece of junk to anybody. UPDATE: RecPro has decided to refund my money on the item. I have updated it to 3 stars.

J’ai commandé ce micro-ondes et il est arrivé sans la trim de contour. La porte était brisé impossible de l’ouvrir. J’ai dû retourner celui-ci et le remboursement se fera plus tard à la réception!!! J’ai recommandé le même une deuxième fois, reçu la trim cette fois là mais la porte était complètement défoncé!!! Encore un retour à faire et toujours pas de remboursement!!! Ça commence à être beaucoup !
