When I have decided to buy a gamer chair, I have had this variables in my mind: 1) Design and colors. 2) Material: Fabric/leather. 3) Adjustable height. 4) 180 degrees back rest regulation. 5) Swivel capability. 6) Rotation capability. 7) Armrest adjustable in height and angle. 8) Big cushion foot rest. 9) 2 back rest cushions (neck and lumbar). 10) Price. 11) Adjustable back rest hardness movement. 12) Sturdiness. 13) Comfort. 14) Customer service. 15) Wide back rest with double side seams. Regarding all those variables, the chair is simply outstanding. It has everything I wanted, which is also all that any chair of my list could offer. So, basically there is no characteristic that any other chair had, and this one didn't have. Apart of the chair itself, the customer service is really excellent. They are fast (very important for me, because I don't like to spend my time waiting for an answer), reliable and with "common sense". Clearly their objective is the total satisfaction of the customer, and it's very easy to notice that. So, I really recommend that item. I can't say anything against it. Finally, apart of all the previous, the chair is very easy to assemble. To be sincere, that is totally irrelevant for me, but I know that this is important for many people. So, if you are worried about that...just forget it. With a simple Allen key (provided with the chair) and a screwdriver, the assembly will be done in 20 min. Just manage some screws and that's all. I hope this report will be useful for you all. PS: With the chair there is a "mouse pad" for your computer, very nice and soft, as a gift of the seller.

Could perhaps have paid less for this in a sale, but even at £143 I'm not disappointed. Arrived today and put together in about 20 minutes. No instructions included but but it's not difficult to work out. Seems as sturdy as my last chair which lasted 13 years but the foot rest probably needs a bit of respect, it's good, just be careful with it, there's alot of leverage there. The main seat is quite firm but comfortable and the back hugs you nicely to provide good support, it's new so I expect everything soften up a bit with use. Personally I didn't need the lumbar support as the inherent design of the back was sufficient, the pillow/neck support however is a must have, primarily as it'll help me sleep (yes, I've nearly nodded off on this chair already!). The design is as attractive in real life as is in the photos. Overall very happy with my purchase so far but will amend this review if this changes. Update October 19th 2020: Still delighted with the chair, no bits have fallen off, nothing has broken, still very comfortable.

Bought this chair for my son as a replacement for an old office style chair. The unit was ok to put together, although the instructions are not that clear nor accurate to the model, so takes a little bit to understand. Once together the chair lasted a couple of weeks before the footrest broke off due to poor quality plastics that were used. Outside of those issues the chair is nothing special. I doubt it will last a year before the foam deteriorates to the point where you are sitting directly onto the base. Not recommended for adults as I expect the foam would wear out sooner than that!

If you're an adult of average build don't get this chair as it feels like it's designed for a child's frame of perhaps 10 -15 years of age. Even though I am only 13 stone with an average build it feels like it's under a strain. I am also 5.9" in height and the extendable leg rest simply isn't long enough for it to feel supportive. That being said it's quite comfortable though and the extra back and neck rests do feel very nice and it's very easy to assemble (some screws are already fitted in)

Ok for starters this is kinda my first review so be gentle with me. Firstly let's start with the delivery very fast and very reliable no markings on the box to indicate any abuse or anything whatsoever. The box and the content inside neatly packed and not so big box which for me was a surprise. Now to the next part the assembly. Really easy for starters the sqreues were already In place so there is no mas no fuss to know which sqreues go where also the sqreues are metallic and not cheap quality which was a nice addition as for the assembly it can be done by on person easly just follow the instructions but even if you don't it is still straight forward also they are providing inside the hex key needed took me about 15 to 20 minutes to put it together. Lastly the sitting(comfort) for now I won't say it is perfect but I won't say it is uncomfortable to sit being a gamer I spent a lot of time on the PC and this chair provides comfort above average that is why I puted 4 stars instead of 5. P. S. I am kinda on the big side and the chair is doing OK more than OK it has strong base and the materials don't seem fake

Love the chair. Bit fiddly and the instructions may as well not be there 😂 Pretty self explanatory though if you have built these types before. I paid the bit extra for one that had better reviews and adjustable arms. I need a good office chair and it feels like just that. I have removed the lumber pillow though as I have a T12-S1 issues from fusion to disk collapse. Foot stool is comfy when laid back. Something I thought I wouldn’t need. Fully adjustable arm rests. Perfect really

I ordered this gaming chair as it had great reviews and was on special offer. It arrived quicker than expected which was a bonus but when I started assembling it I then noticed that the plastic piece on the side of the chair was broken. I contacted the seller straight away the same day to make a return due to damaged product but 3 weeks later although I have my refund through Amazon ( as after the initial first e-mail asking me to send photos which I did and me e-mailing them again several times I didn't receive any more contact from the seller) I am still waiting to get my bar-code to send the product back. I still have this great big box sitting in my lounge! But saying that apart from the damaged piece which looks very flimsy the rest of the chair looked sturdy and of good quality. I am disappointed in how difficult its been and how many e-mails and phone calls i have had to make to return a damaged item that was not my fault. I must say though I have ordered literally hundreds of products from Amazon and this is the first time I have encountered a problem with sending anything back.

I purchased this item for my 11 year old son, this item was delivered very fast and was packaged well. We was concerned about quality but it’s fantastic looks really nice. Assemble was fine and a solid build. Really pleased with item great value for money really happy

Bonne chaise gaming. Je l’utilise quasiment quotidiennement depuis 3 mois, et j’en suis satisfait. Confortable, assez large pour mon gabarit, facile à monter. 2 choses à faire remarquer cependant : la chaise est arrivée avec une pièce cassée, la même que pour d’autres acheteurs (voir photo). Après avoir contacté le vendeur, celui ci m’a renvoyé la pièce que je puisse la remplacer (délai environ 3 semaines). Cette pièce fait d’ailleurs un peu « cheap » par rapport au reste de la chaise, qui a une conception solide. Deuxième chose, l’assise est un peu basse. Je fais 1,83m, j’ai une bureau de taille standard, et pourtant j’étais bas par rapport à l’écran. J’ai due prendre un coussin rehausseur pour être à niveau. Sinon à part ça, rien à dire, bon rapport qualité prix.

La sedia è arrivata con più pezzi rotti, impossibile il montaggio. Reso effettuato immediatamente, non posso dire se sia un prodotto valido in quanto non è stato possibile sostituirlo ma solo effettuare il reso con annesso rimborso.

C'est mon premier fauteuil gaming mais je ne suis pas déçu du voyage en ayant déjà essayé plusieurs chez les copains, je suis vraiment à l'aise dessus et vu le prix c'est que du bonheur. C'est un peu long à monter quand c'est le premier mais ça se fait.

Il rivestimento si è sciupato nel giro di 2 settimana, il venditore non mi ha dato supporto

Acheté pour pouvoir être aussi confortablement installée en télétravail qu'au bureau, il s'avère que je suis aujourd'hui bien mieux dans mon fauteuil tout confort qu'au bureau. Tellement facile à monter, léger et s'adaptant parfaitement à ma colonne vertébrale, je ne vois plus la journée passer.
