Hi, thank you for your question! Zoomavit B complex doesn't contain sugar. It contains sorbitol, which is a sweetener.
Sorbitol is widely used within keto and low carb diets. It isn’t digested by the body in the same way that sugar is, so it doesn’t contribute to your net carb counts in the same way, therefore is recommended for maintaining a state of ketosis.

made me look it up - All B vitamins help the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which the body uses to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, also help the body use fats and protein. Adults can take up to 5 mg B5 (not mcg), but a very high dose, for example, of 10-20 grams (gm) a day, may cause diarrhea and increase the risk of bleeding.  Vitamin B12 does a lot of things for your body. It helps make your DNA and your red blood cells, for example. Since your body doesn't make vitamin B12, you have to get it from animal-based foods or from supplements. And you should do that on a regular basis, because your body doesn't store vitamin B12 for a long time.  Adult doses can take up to 2.8 mcg. My doctor told me I can take these vitamins ok but your body cannot absord all of it and will pass through.  Best to consult with your doctor because vitamins can also interfer with medications.
