These are fantastic post-op and always. I bought these bc I couldn't afford 5 pairs of evry underwear (would have been $60 for 4 pairs of that brand!), and though these ones are still second best, they are in my regular rotation even years after abdominal surgeries. I highly recommend them. Pros: cotton, high wide waistband, gentle compression, price, comfort. Con: the leg opening is fine but not *premium* comfort. Conclusion: 5 stars bc they are well worth the price paid.

These are some of the best high-waist underwear I’ve owned. They’re comfortable, supportive, and stay in place without rolling down. As a mom, comfort is huge for me, and these check all the boxes. I was unsure of these Annenmy Cotton Briefs (95% cotton/5% spandex), because they are FULL briefs, and I used to wear high cut briefs. My body shape has changed due to necessary steroids, illnesses, other meds, and that wonderful "over 40" age. I didn't have a "gut" even after 2 children, but corticosteroids changes how & where the body stores fat. It's been difficult finding a new style of panties for my "ghetto booty" and now the additional gut mass has made it more difficult, especially when it comes to cotton panties. I decided to give these underwear a try, and I'm glad I did! At first, I didn't like the fit at my leg/groin, as there was just a bit more material than I've been used to. Over this summer, we had an unusually long heat wave, and I became glad for that tiny extra material -- kept me from chaffing! One of the best parts of these panties is the waist--the band is a little thicker, completely covering the average width of elastic. The band comes up to my belly button, which is impressive with all the gut flab; but it holds the flab & my rolls nicely, without being too constricting or too loose. Quite comfortable and what I was looking for. My buttocks are completely covered, and I haven't had any wedgie problems. The elastic around the leg is also comfortable, completely covered by the cotton fabric, and isn't overly tight. There are 2 "cons" in my opinion, which are 1) panty lines show through, and 2) sizing can be difficult. I don't care that much about panty lines, since I'm home most of the time, but it's important to note. The sizing issue might just be my issue because of the weight & size increases, along with body mass shifting. Measure yourself and use the brand's sizing guide. Overall, great granny panties, and I will order more, so I do recommend them.

I love this underwear! I am short-waisted and a bit fluffy so buying higher waisted undies help eliminate the constant slipping under my belly other panties do. I have the grannies, the cute but annoyingly small undies and even the lace sexy/not sexy underwear but none are functional and cute. These are! They fit my shape very well without sacrificing comfort. For example, the thigh elastic doesn't pinch or pull or roll which I have a problem with on other fitted underwear. So these are good for larger thighs. Great buy and the seller was excellent at getting me in the right size! Will be buying more in the future. Update: 6/2022 Ok I keep trying to find cheaper and equally as comfortable underwear brands from other sellers but these appear to be the best freaking underwear for fluffy women like me by far. This is my 3rd purchase of this brand and they are still as comfortable as the first day I bought them. They stretch out a bit and of course die the regular death of undies after awhile but they wash well and last. I love how comfortable they feel and they last a while. The reason for only 3 purchases is because I am cheap and really wanted to find some bargains but nope, I have to stick with these and will probably actually bulk buy next time because I would hate to run out of this exact brand and not be able to get them in the future. A lot of other ones look like these, claim to fit like these but DO NOT. I have another brand on today that tricked me like that and may end up handed over to my daughter like all the rest. Luckily she likes these high waisted underwear, wears close to my size and doesn't know that the ones I keep are the good ones :) For reference, I am 5 ft 4 inches, 215 lbs., with a c-section belly, and wear size 18-20 (40 inch waist). She is 5 ft 10 inches, 165 lbs. wears a size 16 pants and has a 36 inch waist. I wear XL and it pulls me in comfortably and she wears L but can still fit the XL.

I ordered what should be my size, and I found they fit funny on my body. I’m petite, and have Mommy Apron I’m trying to deal with, and always seem to have the crotch part of my underwear be too long. Surgery recently changed the shape of my body and made my mommy apron worse, so I’ve begun a search for new underwear shape. So I struggle to find underwear that fits reasonably. For me, these are no exception. I didn’t expect the underwear to be supportive, but somehow they were less than I was hoping for. They seemed baggy, and the leg holes were loose and just too big - but the waist band was definitely snug. If I sized down, which might have fixed the baggy issue, I can’t imagine what the band would feel like! The baggy leg holes do not really stay covering my mommy apron, and honestly I think sizing down might make the leg holes feel too tight, but I’m not sure. They seem less elastic than I would expect in general. On my short body, the band does come above the top of my jeans, if that’s a concern for you. Given all that, I’m still wearing them, because they still are more kind to my body than what I currently own. I’m still searching for a better solution.

Didn’t expect to fall in love with underwear, but here we are. These are soft cotton, they hug your curves just right, and the colors are downright fabulous. Honestly, this is the best underwear on the market right now. I’m already planning my next order. Highly recommend! 5’6in tall, 126lbs, size small (yes, even with the important fact that they do shrink in the dryer).
