GB eye World Map Antique Poster

I absolutely love this map. I used it for a DIY project that I saw on Pinterest and it turned out great. It was a really cheap buy and was made into one of my favorite decorations. Would be nice on a bulletin board also. It came quickly and was not damaged in the process.

I wanted a nice map to frame over my kid's desk. He wanted the more antique look. This one seemed nice in the picture and it was the right size and right price. It was delivered promptly and was in excellent shape. I'm very happy with the product.

My husband is a Navy Chief on submarines and I travel quite a bit. I wanted a way to track all the places around the world we had been to hang in my office. This was perfect for the price! I framed it and glued it to a piece of cork board. It looks amazing! Very rustic. I bought it on sale for $4.50, free shipping. I wouldn’t spend anymore than that. It looks great and is the perfect complement to my office.

It came two months ago and it still looking good. No problem I looking around the maps since. Plus, I added lament on it, then post up against the wall in my room--looks dreamful and fabulous. Just want to say thanks for this retro transaction. Nice Business B-)

The 2 items we ordered had 2 entirely different descriptions and item numbers. When they arrived, we discovered they were exactly the same item. Complaints to this company were answered with snippy, brief, and ridiculous comments. Would I order from them again? NO!

The cardboard tube that it arrived in was dented, so I didn't have high hopes off the bat. I opened it to find that the heavy paper that the map was wrapped in was also dented, but not terribly, as was the map. However the dents and wrinkles still show up on the map. Also, the map is kinda glossy, which I don't want. I have a big antique world map that I really like that is just paper. The trouble is it is far to big to frame, which I why I bought this one. This one is just nothing special.

I noticed before ordering that the thumbnail image that shows up in searches and the image that shows up on the actual product page are different. I figured it was just a mistake and I'd get the map that was pictured on the product page....not so. Because of this misrepresentation, I now possess two identical posters. Not happy.

Overall wonderful poster. I plan on putting it up on my bedroom wall. The quality and price are unmatched. It's not super glossy like some of the other reviewers said, but it does have a sheen (that does not bother me at all).

Perfect and great size.

I like the style of this map. I find it a little bit busy with all the writing; it could have a little less detail and still be informative. Otherwise it is great.
