Dictation and charting has never been this smooth. Absolutely love this product. Easy to use. Note writing goes so much faster now.

The microphone itself is fine when it works, but I experienced intermittent audio dropouts that made it unreliable, raising concern that the unit was defective. Customer service was unacceptable. Once I was just outside the 30-day return window, responses took days at a time, no meaningful troubleshooting was offered, and I was denied a return or exchange. I was eventually asked to send the microphone back without being offered a replacement, loaner, or temporary solution, which would have left me without a dictation microphone for weeks. That is not a realistic option for someone who relies on dictation for work. Worse, during these interactions I was spoken to condescendingly and accused of trying to get something for free, which was inappropriate and inaccurate. I was simply asking for reasonable product support. Additional issues: • The mic disconnects when Windows locks, requiring a full EMR restart. • Dictation for things like military time is inconsistent with no immediate fix. Because of the lack of support, I sold the mic secondhand at a $100 loss ($168) and replaced it with a different brand that actually works. The hardware is acceptable; the customer service is not. I would not purchase from this seller again

The above is what was written, when I dictated something regarding child's television habits. The Mic was making small errors after a few months. It became drastic at 10 months. I tried contacting the company and there is no number. Through Amazon I was offered only $59 dollars towards a new Mic. Ridiculous! I reached out to the maker to see if they could fix the problem and found that the MIC was still registered to a hospital. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The company provides defective ( possibly stolen) product with no customer service.

This is an excellent tool for rapid documentation when you’re not the best typist.

From time to time a not so good item leaves the manufacturer and this time it arrived to my desk. I will have to return it since it did not worked at all. However, I would like to add that I have had many Power Mics before this one that have serve me well and had no issues with them. I think it is a great product and will buy it again. For now I am waiting for a refund on this particular one.

We purchased four of these One failed in less than 90 days and one failed before 9 months. We are out over $700 and no refund The last one we purchased was obviously refurbished but we kept it anyway Big mistake. Meditech Pro told us to mail it in and then we never heard from them. What a rip off

Poor product. The buttons did not work, although if I clicked on the red button on the computer, it worked. I am returning it back as it doesn’t serve the purpose.
