I like that it is the two combined. Good product.

Like the combo of 2 gel caps in one. Easier to swallow one instead of 2. Do not have noticeable problems. Cannot tell if effective but numbers are good. No upset noted. I use st night and have not noticed any affect on erp either.

Does the job, no fish-oil burping
Omega-3s are recognized as healthy, but I've always used a grain based supplement, as the fish oil one was rejected by my stomach & would come back up the minute it was ingested. This doesn't cause me any issues.

A leap of faith
I just switched over to this version of the Qunol CoQ10 because of the addition of Omega 3 fish oil. I can attest to the presence of the fish oil, due to some initial fish burps from it. That stops after a few days. Otherwise not sure how you determine the efficacy of this stuff without ordering an autopsy of yourself. I'm still alive and well, so I guess that's a good sign.
